Understand that micromanagement motherlode of mahanta are not going well with anyone...

But that too is part of the process.

These kids grew up with Dhara, they are closer to her than their own mother. As she was the one with them at everystep of the way. More than anyone else, Dhara needs to understand: she cannot snap them out of this.

Snap out will leave deep wounds. They all need to grow into these new equations. Smoother the process, better the outcome. Dhara's stubborn pitai & cutoffs are not the way.

Hope to see Suman putting that sense in her mind. Hopefully soon.

It was good to get this scene... where Shiva, who is always fiercely protective about his Bhai-bhabhi reacts in his own uchhalta kudta mowgli way: 'Maari nakhu -todi naakhu-bhukko kari naakhu'. Here it was jo mila us se: lanka jala do.

It was good to See Raavi coming to get him into his senses & that happening in front of Dhara & Gaumbi. THough i do wish they overheard the following banter between Shiva & Raavi & Shiva's reaction. perhaps would have given Dhara food for thought about her faisla.

It was good to see Raavi taking things normal with their characteristic 'normal' banter: ghoorna & all. That's what Shiva & Raavi were pre-wedding & That's what makes things normal for them.

Yes, Shiva is married. Yes, He needs to grow conscious of priorities. But it is also true is Raavi is very well aware of this attachment, and she is in no hurry to snap him out of it. She cherishes their bond, be it brothers, be it his connection to Dharabhabhi.

In fact, her prompt response post his usual angry reaction: 'thank you Raavi' was good to make Shiva cool down a bit.

It was also good to see Raavi's candid thought process about Dhara's batwara idiocy.Raavi perhaps is not too smart, but her heart is in the right place.

Dil se sochti hai ladki.

It was GREAT to see Gaumbi's irritation. And his attempt to put some sense in Dhara's mind.

Dhara needs a talk: longer talk: with all happenings of past weeks. Gaumbi mentioned Rishita is not mending her ways... though Dhara needs rewind+ recap of Rishita's acts from mandap till date.

She also needs to be told this batwara is in fact partiality towards others.

She also needs to understand & remember Shiva & Raavi's equation changes in the past few weeks.

Life is not switch on-switch off. She knows them both. And more than anything, they both need a comfortable normal environment around them.

How can she forget the time herself & Gaumbi took to be regular pati-patni?

In that simple sense, if she thinks Raavi & Shiva's relationship- She will perhaps help them better.

Shiva bachcha nahin hai, but he is a very emotionally attached man.

He will go equally crazy, if it comes to Raavi. (remember- jaan se maar doonga). Only his way of showing attachment so far is different & with Raavi it is haq se 'dushmani'.

Shiva bhi dil se sochta hai.

Shiva -Raavi will grow with this family- Just like Gaumbi-Dhara.

And Shiva will soon start standing up for Raavi-to Dhara (like how Gaumbi does for Dhara to Suman).

Just Trust the Pandya Process.

I feel the issue again is the timeline. They are still stuck in the first few days of the marriage. The story in the OG makes sense because progress happens over many months. So the events that happens and the way that characters react actually make sense over a period of time.

This entire haveli track should have taken place over the period of 10-15 days instead of having weeks of episodes on 1-2 days and now suddenly fast forwarding 10 days. As a viewer, I can’t connect with anyone’s reactions or thoughts as this point. It is very confusing.

As mentioned above, the Pandya process works with time. They should change the pacing of the show to show this passage of time. Shiva/Dev coming out of Dhara’s shadow will logically happen over a period of months, if not years, and it would only happen if they have a variety of experiences with their wives, which makes them emotionally closer to them. There needs to be private happy moments, disappointments, fights, teasing, love and hurt between husband and wife to actually create this kind of a bond.

While ShiVi moments are dreamy and drool worthy, random wood cutting scenes and bathroom slips just do not cut it. The actual, deeper bond which everyone is expecting, does not happen overnight or with a single event that changes the kind of people they are. These kind of changes take a lot of blood, sweat and tears 😅

Same is the case with DevTa too. Both ShiVi and DevTa have a lot of scope to grow. GauRa can also grow in different ways as they try to accommodate new members into the family. I wish PS writers focus on the character growths once they get back to Mumbai.

I have recently started to watch this show and I like how you drew parallels between Shiva and Raavi & Gaumbi & Dhara.

Yes, it is a long process but I'm sure once Shiva falls for Raavi he will definitely be so protective of her.

Can't wait for that

Loved your analysis ❤️

Loved your analysis! Everyone in the family needs to accept and understand the new relationships and grow accordingly. It is definitely a slow process, but once they do they will be a delight to watch and root for!

Timelines are major weak points! Agree, leaves us confused, leaves that: something is missing feel!

They can swiftly change these with candid conversations , as you suggested. Much needed in the plot , and will work wonders instead of Anita drama.

Dhara is in denial + she is overwhelmed. She wasn’t prepared for blunt Rishita, and as a reaction she is going defensive soft on her. I would put my bet on Suman from yesterday’s precap. She might show Dhara mirror & stop this batwara, separate cooking drama.

Instead of spending time in cooking, Dhara should have plan more small trips, more bonding times for new Jodis.

Currently all they are doing is cooking- laundry & arguments with ronadhona.

CVs can capitalize on this location & show couple’s individual bonding times in scenic settings... wish!

@bold: 💯

They could have used the haveli track to have all the couples have deeper conversations. If they were in Somnath, they would be in the grind of normal lives and would anyways not be able to talk as much. What a wasted opportunity In hindsight, they should have just taken Rishitha’s idea of sightseeing and have the couples take long walks.

They should have just left the Kesar track at the first scare, where they don’t get caught. The track has devolved to crappy kitchen politics, with the Pandya boys acting more foolish day by day.
Anyways, good news is atleast the puja is done and they will return home in the next two weeks or so(in our time)
