It's an important topic not for women but for men!

I have such bad cramps that I cant literally walk.

It's so important that any guy associated with you be it your husband, brother, father or just a male friend understand this and help their women during this time.

Many of us have faced situations like these where we have been so conscious during this time.

I hope they can understand and never make any girl or woman feel uncomfortable.
