Here's my small rant because everyone's so understanding on here.

We should be getting balanced episodes and that doesn't mean we'll get every couple in every episode. I actually understand that and don't mind it. For me this episode would have been easier to take had ShiVi's story had started properly. The truth is that they're dragging other storylines and creating new storylines - ones which ShiVi can get lost in. Their marriage was the biggest story to begin with! They got kidnapped and had a huge misunderstanding! Shiva and Raavi did not want to get married to each other! Where did that go? I never thought I'd miss the Raavi crying, Rishita insulting her and Dev standing there as a spectator episodes! Atleast it was about them even if they weren't dealing with it properly. Now ShiVi are just becoming an addition to Dhara's storyline. I'll say it again that they deserve their story to be theirs and only theirs. It shouldn't be an extention to Dhara's life. This Anita thing is a bigger pile of crap than the one this dog did outside my house. It totally sucks.

I'm willing to wait a little bit more. As much as I love the romantic and nok jhok scenes, I need them to have a conversation. Even if it's short. If we don't get anything and this crap keeps going on, I'm not sure I'd want to watch anymore. As much as this is a family drama, if anyone asked me if I would watch and enjoy it without ShiVi, the answer would always be heck no! I couldn't care less about the rest of them had it not been for ShiVi. I feel a little stuck by KD and AK - how do you leave them when you've fallen for them like this? I'm so disappointed, let down, annoyed and stuck because of this!

Not every day can be alike, and everyone has said many good scenes are coming our way.

So, I hope for the best.

I second that, it will only add to the toxicity surrounding the show imo. Trending about screen space for a particular pair in an ensemble comes off differently than trending about lazy writing or nonsensical plotline. They're bound to get that once the track focuses back on them, not that it's wrong of fans to want more of their favourites. We all watch the show for different reasons after all.

My opinion:

I don't have a problem with screen space as long as the story makes sense and all characters + their arcs are given due significance. The issue right now is that's not happening. There's too much pointless focus on certain characters and it's become frustrating, especially when they serve no good purpose. I'd be perfectly happy if the show was focused on GauRa and DevTa right now for sensible progress wrt to the track and then moved on to progression in Shivi's relationship with the Pooja - that would've been done wonderfully without putting off any fans if it were the old PS. We've seen the show handle episodes focused on a particular character without sideling the others, and the limelight never stayed too long with a single pair/character. That made the episodes dynamic and everyone got a frequent enough dose of their favs. The story wasn't stagnant either. Ofcourse, all that was before shit hit the fan.

Here we've got full on trp drama and dragging episodes laced with character assassination. I'm just waiting for the dhoom tana nana music as Anita's bgm now 🤪

I'll wait out till shooting resumes on set and then move on if things don't get back on track!

Same sentiments here! Honestly, that should've been the focus because WHY create all the angsty drama of two people getting married unwillingly if you're just gonna toss their suffering away and move on with Dhara and her Mahaanta? I understand they had to divert because of the location shift, but it's been over a month now and honestly, the anticipation and excitement we had during the wedding track has fizzled out. They lost a golden opportunity there. Whenever they decide to resume the pre-Bikaner storyline, it won't have the same appeal to me atleast. Shiva-Raavi seem to have settled into this kinda comfy equation now, so there's little hope of revisiting and exploring that angst and uncertainty.

Another point I'd pondered on was this - as much as we say this is a family drama to keep ourselves from ranting about the lack of Shiva-Raavi, sometimes I go, " aren't they part of the family, too?"

Is a family drama supposed to center around a single character? That doesn't sound right. I can't relate with Dhara anymore and she annoys me everytime she opens her mouth. I genuinely enjoyed a lot of her scenes, and GauRa's relationship preleap was goalzz, but now I can't stand to watch this character.

💯💯💯 Exactly this. Going to a different location doesn't mean they couldn't have explored those feelings and their emotions. Why should it be any different to how they would have done it before? Okay maybe they would have dragged that too, but it's better than all this crap.

I can't stand to watch her too. It's so crazy to think how one episode changed everything for me. I really used to stick up for her and try to be patient when it came to her. Now I just roll my eyes.
