Here Is The Update For 15th April, 2 0 0 8, L R L Episode.
Episode begins with the usual Recaps :-
Episode takes of with the cadets having their own opinion on the Minus One Mode and the Major General. Akrithi says to Rummy that he had said his Dad was better than Hitler but the Major General turned out to be Hitler's Father. Rummy has a go at Akrithi saying whether He, Rummy, appeared as Hitler to her. In response Akrithi has a pouted face. Markhand plays the joker in the pack ; siding with both Rummy and Akrithi, telling that they both are right.
Then Akrithi leads Peter away on some pretext, Markhand goes in search of Vidya, wanting something from her. Left behind are Purvi, Sameera and Rummy.
Sameera tells Rummy with regards to the exercise something, which is not liked by Purvi and Rummy for the first time addresses Purvi as " Purvi" instead of the usual Queen Of Hearts. When pointed out about this small change, Rummy is at a loss to explain, and Purvi leaves in a huff. Sameera is worried but not Rummy.
Vidya and Markhand are waking along the corridor when Vidya sees Gunny, she excuses herself from Markhand and seeks out Gunny, Gunny is in no mood and says he has no time and if necessary and if she wishes Vidya could take a counselor's help and leaves behind a perplexed Vidya.
Abhimanyu sees all these happenings, asks Gunny, who had joined Abhimanyu, whether there was any problem. But gunny side steps the issue and says nothing is the matter. Abhimanyu still is unconvinced and says he can help out. Then they turn to the main issue of "Tom and Jerry", Raghu and his man thus nicknamed.
Both the captains enter each of those Tom and Jerry's rooms and search. Abhimanyu finds the receiving equipment under the carpet, and he opens the door after some one knocks it. Gunny comes over in, and when the receiver is lifted, Major General Voice is heard. Both Gunny and Abhimanyu decide the next course of action and also decide to inform the Major General.
Peter is on the floor mat doing his fitness regime and is saying by doing this he would be ready for the tough drill. Markhand is singing to his heart's content, lying on the bed. Peter is bit disturbed. Markhand then says he is not worried as he is used to trekking bare foot, without food for days and so on and so forth, with his Dad.
Peter suddenly wakes up to reality and tries to be over friendly with Markhand with buttered words. Markhand then reels of on his days with his father and the life in forest, where they made use of fruits, berries etc found in the trees, bushes. Suddenly Markhand is reminded of Peter being unkind with him and says so. Peter is able convince to Markhand to the contrary. And Markhand Assures Peter of his help.
Gunny is in the Major General's Cabin and the Major General does not allow Gunny to speak. Major General accuses Gunny of being irresponsible and not properly taking care of Rummy, the Major General says that he wanted Rummy to be just like Gunny, a responsible – contradicting statements – officer and possibility of Gunny taking out personal and family grudge. The Major General also said those two are separate issues, and The Major General is disappointed with Gunny.
Gunny seeks permission to speak and says he has a request that is to be relieved of the responsibility of Rummy.
On a shocked look of Major General, not facing Gunny, Gunny leaves.
On the way out and with the Major General 's words ringing in his ears, Gunny comes to face Vidya. Vidya seeks two minutes of his time but a silent Gunny tries to walk away but is blocked by Vidya.
In a surprise move Gunny grabs Vidya by shoulders and backs her against a wooden post. Gunny holds Vidya for considerable amount of time and in the process hurts her. Vidya says so. Their eyes are locked in silence. After sometime a silent Gunny releases Vidya and moves away, leaving behind a bit blushing Vidya – this is my thought.
Scene shifts to early morning scene and graduating gradually into a bright morning.
Cadets and the faculty are assembled separately. And the Major General takes charge. And addresses the assembly.
The Major General says that the cadets and the faculty would get ration with no refills; the drill would be last for ten days and without much human contact. This would be war like situation.
As the Major had said this drill was for the higher ranked commandoes, and difficult, the Major General was confident that the cadets would come out winners. If the cadets did come out successfully they would be great / good soldiers.
All these while many faces fell but Markhand had a smile on his face.
The Major General calls out to Doc Shalini and gives her the option to drop out as She and Purvi had not breached any rules.
Doc Shalini says she would be a part of the team, keeping in mind of the team spirit. Doc Shalini says to Purvi she could drop out if Purvi wished.
A visibly jealous Purvi, has a look at Rummy and Sameera says that she too would take part in the drill.
Abhimanyu steps up to the Major General and seeks permission to speak. Both step away.
Abhimanyu says the informers of the Eagle are known, and he tells about orderly Raghu and his man in the security. Abhimanyu seeks permission to take along the two, and keep an eye on them.
The Major General says he will think over and decide and let Abhimanyu know.
And the Major General want something from Abhimanyu. Rest is in mute.
Episode ends on Abhimanyu's face.
