Adi's candid confessions and clarifications - Page 4

What a beautiful episode and that confession was one for the books... how he bared his soul, leaving nothing out, accepting every little mistake and sin he has done against her. It was dil ko sukoon moment to see that he has realized what he had done to Imlie and how she had never complained. To accept that in front of the two people who are most important to her, who have biggest right to slay him, keep him away for ever from her but still going forward with it... Guts man, this requires a different kind of strength, a humongous effort tos peak your heart out and accept every mistake you have done... kudos to Adi here 👏. He was always one of my favourite character but now he is just gone up.... I think it was more impactful because of the simplicity of that conversation, the no holds soul bearing... wow, I just cannnot believe I am seeing it on ITV without all that dham dhum effects that are so common to make it dramatic. Sorry, I am gushing but this is what I wanted to see and hear and he said everything that we have written and analyzed till date . Just Wow 👏

Imlie-Adi convo was another was one of their signature ones and after so many days we got “jhalli” and “shehari langoor”... the last i remember was the gunshot scene....but the epic was Aditya telling Imkie about he imaginary BF ( this guy is just but I like that for once there is nothing hidden between ML and FL) and Imlie not believing him. We had discussed that she will not, because she understand and sees more but let’s see how it plays out ...we got their simple conversation after so many day’s and again the writers put so many things in one episode. I think I need to see the episode again to catch all the nuances but for now I am happy soul 😆

Edited: Also Imlie has given him himmat, hosla , mauka and Maafi... this is his journey from marriage in PD to the hug in PD where he finally accepted and gave himself up to his feelings and kismat 😊

yup!!! I don’t know when was last time I felt so impressed by the TV couple.. I mean they have such cute charm attached to them..

Also I like the choice of words Aditya has for her.
Mauka - when he asked her to enter his room

Honsla - when he went after bunty bhaiyya

Himmat - when his pyaari mun was under the rubble...

his brain has a permanent memory chip for everything related to Imlie..

Also how cute was it when he called his bike as Bhaise 😂

I had a bit of a revulsive recoil when I saw the title for the episode in Hotstar. Thankfully didi did not take over the episode today.

I do wish Adi expounds a bit more tomorrow on how he came to realize their emotional connect and how it is so different from what he had with MAlini as well.

Sometimes the dialogs are skewed towards Imlie's sacrifice, forbearance and good nature - and I find myself looking for more expression of his intense connect, love, need, saath and the restlessness he feels to have his haq on her. The bit today about how he was possessive wrt other men - said this a bit...but it will be nice to hear some more :) Maybe expound a bit more on the mauka honsla ...bits. End of the day - he did not fall for Imlie since she was just a nice girl who bore everything he did to her well without complaint - he did since the discovered a compelling and deep emotional and value based connect that he did not have with his other relationship. Waiting for tomorrow.

She bore a lovechild alone, faced her community independently working her way through the humiliation, inculcated values in her daughter that make a human being worthy of facing the world and can still be clear-headed when it comes to seeing the virtues in another person who put her daughter through misery. She has always seen the goodness that is a part of Aditya. Today when he revealed the not so good parts, only her strength could pull her through the narration.

Accountability is easy when the person who has to forgive you comes to you with no pre-conceived notions. That is what Mithi afforded Aditya today. Which is why she has always deserved that Amma from him.

Wanted to add this :

The fruits of Mithi's penance paid off today when Adi said that her gudiya asked for nothing in return yet gave so much, was so pure and selfless in her giving, that the man could not help but fall in love with her. That moment when she gave a sweet smile, was one of pride, quiet joy and loved that about Mithi. How soft and polite she is, yet has strength of steel and is principled.

The fact that she let Adi speak his truth and listened patiently without rushing to judge him was a class ACT and some great writing (the whole scene) - SERIOUSLY 😃

And an episode worth watching only for adis unraveling of the events leading up to the departure of imlie from the Chaturvedi torture khaana. Lovely lovely scene with nothing but the unvarnished truth with details pleasant and unpleasant👏. Throughout the entire narration in his remorse for every injustice that imlie was subject to from the time of the forced marriage there was palpable emotion. And everytime he looked at imlie during the narration, you could feel his unsaid apologies for everything she was put through and that he was now determined to be the sahi saathi for his jhalli. Love shining through his eyes for her❤️. Loved amma and sk for silently hearing adi out, something his lovely shehri t family members have never done.

Imaliya was reassured pretty quickly by bs ka humne malini ko sach bata diya hain aur baaki sab ko sach bata denge after a bhari bharkam bs ne mujhe dhoka diya hain😆. The bandage scene was lovely , for the comfort level they have begun to share as hubby wifey. Wifey is still feeling guilty about feeling ittu si khushi at having her shehri langoor right next to her and for finally beginning their transition to the janam janam ke saathi phase. Didi ke baare mein imlie ko itna patha hai ki woh bs se beintehaa pyaar karti hai aur bf ke baare mein story banayi. Loved the first real conversation they had where adi sunaos her about fighting for her haq and saying apni zindagi jeena shuru kar do imlie. Bs ko papad bhelne padenge is jhalli ko zindagi bhar secure, loved aur protected feel karane ke liye

Apu aur didi ke footage khau scenes ke baare me kya bolu?🤓. Imlie ka naalayak baap uske baare me jitna kam bolu utna accha hai. Pehle meethi ko dhoka diya ab imlie ko bali chadane ka sochega.

-Imlie's disbelief that he is Malini's true love despite him telling her sorta got me thrown off initially -- will admit that. But, again then I think about how the execution will be be enacted to get the actuality out in the arena. So, TBH, I won't comment on that till further episodes are aired. Adi-Rupi/BK conversation can catalyze it in a positive manner but because it hasn't aired yet so neutrality remains there. Abhi joh chalra toh let's see aage kaise hota h.

-Aparna attempting to formalize her relationship with Imlie --- just completely alienated the girl from T house. 🤢 Didi ka bhoot sawaar h.

- Apno ko sach batana, reactions & aftermath --- Jab Sk & Meethi mangae, toh yes, the Ts will be hurt but time is a big healer. I liked how he said to tell the real Adi's perspective. Mithi and Sk perceiving the truth without any grudges or predetermined thoughts also made the scene occur more smoothly. As a viewer, I felt completely present, just like Sk & Meethi, in his sincerity in confession like you can imagine yourself there without even looking at the duration of scene. Again so much word as I said in my initial post I felt so emotionally connected you really feel you ate part of this conversation in the room the emotions were that strong and on top of that the four of them being so connected emotionally gave it another high

-Sorry if you guys see me talk less of Malini but it's just I hardly keep track of her scenes. 🤷‍♀️ FF is the mantra thats it.that is the best mantra and should be a samuhik mantra.. forget watching I have no patience to even read anything about her and since it is a day about being candid let me do my part too I instantly zone out and skip over any discussion about her caz I just cannot waste my energy reading justifications about her.. or why she is doing what she is doing.. or anything about her and I wish more focus be upon the characters that matter then someone who can't even make their mind if so bipolar and keeps going what an I doing every 2 secs and do same nonsense.. I Don't even need to see her scenes and can even in my sleep tell you her whole dialogues and usual becahri banana crap

Just observed Mitthi in the Aditya confession scene.. ohh how proud is the mother!!! The smile on her face when Aditya says Imlie just kept on doing good for his family...

A single mother has raised an excellent daughter... that moment belonged to Mitthi... 👏

I must add I feel extra happy hearing such pure hindi/ urdu shabds .. not the new slangy ones that have become norm now.. it touches me on a whole other level hearing words like Taajub from him .. matlab dialgue writers Don't even do bare minimum aajkal to use good vocabulary in the very language they make the shows in . So it touches you even harder when the attrntion is given ..

Also that is a nice list you have but I guess he meant on so many other occasions she has given him these things with her saath and wasn't pinpointing specific events
