My head is spinning so badly trying to piece the puzzle.

Also, the gift seems to be dupatta and a yellow box ( maybe containing earrings?)

Shree in the one on TV it's there..Virender goes to the roof n says that bawri ney mujhey yaha kyu bulaya..n yes he is genuinely surprised to hear KK voice there
