I think CV did it intentionally as hug se all will be clear. Shurya does not know she confesses in front of family. For him it’s still a mess. He could not talk to her. They need to converse. Now after this he will chase her. She most likely will go away seeing him save and with his family.

Yes. Story point of view I think it’s okay. They will connect now where it left. Him going to talk to her. She leaving from there. Hug bhi toh indirect confession hi hota na. He does not know what she has said to family. She needs to get clarification on his soch. So I am okay if there is no hug
