A person who's been inside a prison cum asylum since a very long time, and now is aware about Dadi's truth, how her children hate her.. it's not easy for someone to sneak out like this in someone's bedroom. Imagine yourself, nobody has the courage to do that..so IMO what ever they are showing is complete logical here. She has no idea who's bedroom is it, and what happens if she gets busted.

She is just assuming that there's something wrong going on there but isn't fully aware of the situation to do something big, because till now she hasn't got any proper look at who's the girl and what the guy is upto. She's helplessly trying and in the washroom she might not have found something as of yet (just a small vase) and Mayank is way too stronger than that sick woman and can also manhandle her , that's why she needs to be equipped with something before taking any action.
