TBH I don't think people who are criticizing Virat are pitting Virat against Sai. Depending on who is wrong, they are bashed, criticized to express the frustration. Even that is done solely with the expectation of a better viewing experience. ITV is notorious for being careless and shallow with character arcs of FL and ML. A growth in character for Virat, would not only make his character more interesting, it will enhance SaiRat love story even more.
