Waise I wondered ki why couldn't he just tell her that he was listening in cuz usko chinta thi Imlie ki and wanted to hear her voice😆.....waise toh he never shies from bedhadak expressing when he's missing her etc.......but I guess he didn't want to admit he did an impolite thing by eavesdropping on a phone convo😆
And then by end of this scene, it became evident ki saari daant, saari stern questioning was just bravado.....he was just so deeply worried about her but dikhaana nahin chahta tha cuz he thought scolding her would make her answer him more easily than him showing his deep worry for her.....and wohi hua end mein....the moment he dropped his gusse wala mask and showed his intense concern for her directly, Imlie also retreated back into her shell and distanced herself from him
