I would like to have this poll, retaken and would have only guys vote for it, if it is based on good looks. And I can bet you, the fair complexioned dull looking, bani will not get much votes. @Reemz, I find Saloni very pretty, so how could I be prejudicial. My point was that PD has nothing going for herself other than her gradual lighter complexion. God knows what is she using 😉 And furthermore I am talking against the prejudice I noticed where Saloni despite being the most capable actress has not garnered so much votes on this poll. Very sad. You all are like my nani, traditional prejudicial thinking that only fair complexioned girls are pretty. 😊

WE are not being prejudice, in fact you are the one who brought up the 'fair' and 'dark' complexion issue. I dont even think it should be raised, there is no 'fair beauty' nor is there 'dark beauty'....you just have BEAUTY! Thats it.

Its an issue we have to deal with in our society in South Asia, where till date it is not that easy for dark girls. I might be wrong but I felt it is this reason that Saloni has not done well in this poll, because in another thread some girl called her ugly.

Every actress has been called 'ugly' some way or the other and not because of their complexion but because members dont like anyone but their favourite. I dont care about the colour skin and most members here don't even think about it. It would be better if its not brought up again, by anyone. It might be an issue in some places but I dont think we should bring it in here.
