The reason for the sairat picture is to divert the FDs mind from the pathetic episode... its not a coincidence (as there are none in life) that as soon as the people started bashing the episode a picture was released!

See i don't care kaise bhi relase karo picture at least SAIRAT ki photo mili

She is taking the roll as parallel lead and real lead a bit too seriously, just enjoy your life dude, many talented people are struggling everyday to have your place over there, let alone lead, they want an opportunity, look Ayesha itself,not easy for her as well.
