it’s official news that IPL 2021 is suspended due to the players/staff members testing positive to Covid.

We hope everyone recovers soon! Our best wishes are with them.

This also means the Wizard championship is over and we are announcing the winner and runner up based on the scorecard of the matches that happened so far. Whole tournament predictions hasn’t been considered

Firstly, thank you to those who participated in the game!

Both as player and as audience keeping the daily thread active with the live commentary!

This is such a bitter-sweet moment. I was looking forward to this till the end of the month.😒 But safety first and I hope all the cricketers, ground staff, everyone else involved in the IPL stay safe and those who have contracted the virus recover quickly

But it was a fun one month with this game. Thank you WildestDreams and braveheartdoc for all the efforts. I have enjoyed the game and threads. Grateful to have made a bunch of good friends as well.😳

Special thanks to Smh and Hed- I wouldn't have joined the competition if not for them! And while yours truly might have edged the competition on points, I personally think Smh was the more consistent player- she comfortably lead for most of the competition 👏

Thanks to the organisers Parm and Mani- it's not easy to tabulate and organise scores for an extended period, especially on double header days, and I appreciate your efforts. 🤗

The IPL match threads were fun as well, and I came to know many new folks. Cheers to everyone who participated and made our match watching experience even better! 🥳
