Why Rajeev Khandelwal couldn't make it big - Page 3

I simply can't resist a topic with Rajeev in it I believe, connections are vital in BW and it's all about connections.

Arjun Kapoor was nothing special in Two states, which still became a hit. Why? because of the songs, the script, the scale of production, his costar Alia who was a firecracker there and a strong supporting cast i.e Amrita Singh & Ronit Roy. I could EASILY substitute Arjun with any other male actor of this age. But connections got him into that film, not talent.

Those are the kind of connections, that TV actors or outsiders fail to receive, unless they're willing to suck up to the biggies (literally and metaphorically)

But his magic in KTH still is❤️

its surprising that he couldn't make it big in BW because he is one of those rare actors who are both good looking and extremely talented..complete package.😕

Maza aagaya. The first video was like Sujal in a nutshell. I remember how I binge watched the entire show up until Piyush’s death in 1 week and was left mesmerized by Sujal. And then he went on to become one of my most favorite fictional characters. I followed Rajeev for quite a few years after that but unfortunately I kinda lost track of his career eventually. Time to time I do try to know about what is going on but it’s shocking how such a talented actor couldn’t make it big. He is still one of the prominent TV personalities though.

It's all sadly connections and nepotism that take away ample opportunities from anyone outside of that community :(
