I know the meaning. I think in my opinon it talks of two people that are deeply in love but due to circumstance aren't able to come together or that they fear them drifting apart. They fear that the social norms and the way people talk behind their back, with lies at times may ruin that depened love. It talks about conflict, the love and the rollercoaster that is life that happens within a relationship. It talks about self doubt, inner turnmoil etc. Its a beautiful love song...I think he wrote it just to express "the conflict within one's love"...or life in general.

🤣 Aadat hochuki hai. Usually loud nahi hai but match ke time pe its predictable that they are watching it. Other than IPL my other neighbours (english ones) usually scream during football season too so we are like oh yeah football..which my fam watches...and well screams...😆...

Tenerife Sea is speculated to be about Taylor... it's a platonic love song kinda thing if you take a close look(he mentions that what they share is enough for them) when Ed performed it live for the first time he said he wrote after the 2014 Grammys and it's about a person with whom he spent the whole show chatting! He was really bored there but this person was the only person who made sense to him😆 and in some other IV he said he spent the whole show chatting with Taylor for hours... not to mention that Tenerife Sea is called TS for it's short form, mentions blue eyes, a person taller than him...

Also the actual last lyric was 'And in the moment I knew you Back' was changed to 'And in the moment I knew you, Beth' when fans started shipping them romantically also Everything has changed contains the lyric 'I just wanna know you'😆 Dude can't hide things I swear😆

One of my friends is literally posting his vids daily and strangely I don't have her number but my mother does so my mother is like 'Your friend is crazy for that Sam boy'🤣 we have some nice jokes regularly on that😆
