SM is like money - some platforms witness people inflation.
IG is much bigger now than it was in 2018. Some of the numbers are related to that.
But she still is doing incredibly well. Corrected to 2018 she would be at about 250K (roughly), which is higher than Salman's 200K (Dec 2018).
One thing..maybe I am wrong..but the views of arunita's promo videos are decreasing in IG as compared to others..specially SMP/Sayli/pawan/.. which was not the case previously. Don't know ..just a feeling.

One platform is not indicative. A lot of the extra views come when the contestant shares the video link with their fans over various SM platforms like Whatsapp groups, FB etc. You start thinking when you find a contestant with growing followers and growing views.
But as I have said before there is a bit of staleness creeping in which is bad for both Arunita and Pawan. Their magical hold on the public is not like before. They are not ditching Arudeep for someone else, rather they are overdosed with months of multiple songs. There is something called saturation. So others start looking better because the stars are seeing less interaction with their fans.
Arunita's Jaya videos are not superhits. They are sort of trudging along. Two months earlier they would have had twice the views that they have now in the same period.
Does it mean that the gates are open for the others. I don't think so. It is too late in the day for some. But it may mean a lot for the Top 3. In a tight race the late finisher has an advantage. As I see it, the top 3 at this time is Arunita/Pawan/SMP.

Its still Arudeep all over. This week will revive new interest in both.
Actually I am happy that the dip in interest is taking place now. Worst is to have it at the business end. All these top contestants go through popularity craze cycles. The timing is the most crucial factor in this.
Look back at Vartika Jha - the best talent ever on Dance + . She peaked too early and could not win. Someone who was 1/4 her talent won. Where is Vartika now and where is that chap (whose name I have forgotten) ?
