I am opening this thread so late but better late than never because this show totally deserves one .

The Long Ballad

Starring : Dilireba, Wu Lei , Zhao Lusi and Liu Yuning

I am in love with all the main characters, the plot, the romance basically everything about it . It is very engaging to watch . I started to watch last week only and caught up with 30 episodes . The show will end next week in China😭

Love the mutual respect and admiration which turns into love between ashile sun and li change . Pls I am obsessing over ashile sun in his tribe look . Look at my siggy for reference 🤣

And hao du and leyan they give our classic romance in the show ..

the show’s name is so apt .. it does feel like a long journey or battle coz changge travels so many places and meets so many new ppl on her way to self discovery . I can’t wait to watch the remaining episodes ..

Pls share your thoughts and which episodes are you currently in ?

Special mention for the battle scenes via graphics..very intelligent way of showing it...

Well I heard they wanted to try doing this way bcz it's based on web novel🤷 I sometimes like it sometimes it's irritates me 🥴

Nooo it's because it is adapted from manhua and manhua is really famous..they wanted to keep that element. It also could be because of budget constraints but vfx graphics are also expensive.

I found it cool though because the art style is good.

I have watched 36 episodes. can't wait for next week's epis

I finised till 32 episodes and I am delaying to watch rest coz I dont like to wait for new ones..but lets see how long I can keep myself from watching 🤣.I even started extracurricular for this agenda

What I loved about the cool graphics is they can easily show the extent of war ...it is way better than showing a sloppy war scenes in live....they can incorporate animals in any way they want..else it would be so difficult to show horses dying that way ..this is like really cool and I loved whenever those war scenes come..and above all it finishes fast..😆
