No, I am showing a before picture of Hrithik before he had his surgery done.

Genetics make you beautiful and your lifestyle helps it along

But staying pretty and hot as you age does require money in most cases..

I cannot see the Shilpa pic posted here but she did have nose surgery and the diff is remarkable...

She certainly wouldn’t have made it with her original nose

Pc look good before her surgery. Shilpa looked good after her surgery but she should stop messing with her nose, the movie she did with Akshay and suniel it was the perfect nose surgery I have seen on her, she should’ve stop it there. HR is good looking always I see the meme picture

Priyanka was pretty even back then. She looks nice now but like a very generic latina model kind of nice. I liked her better before the surgery. Or -ies. Shilpa well..complicated. She wasn't that bad in the before pic. The bindi with bushy eyebrows make her look terrible. But I guess she needed 'help' anyway . Her body looks great. Not so sure about the face. She looked nice when she was on Celebrity Big brother UK. Now she has no nose left and looks like MJ.

As for the Ambani's more than looks it's their tacky tastes that ruin it for them.
