What was the purpose of kanchan telling yesh that shaurya went after anokhi if only that was a small part for yesh to play. I really want yesh to support shakhi too.

The thing what worries ppl on Nikki's side like Babli is her heartbreak. For her Nikki getting involved with SS in itself is dangerous. Nikki has been acting out of character around SS. If she had gotten more deep into the relationship in terms of emotions and intimacy, it would have left her with a even deeper scar, if her heart broke. Also Anokhi loves fiercely. I completely agree with you. That is the biggest fear that people on Anohki's side have that she will be left with a broken heart and nothing to show for it. However they are using their knowledge of situation and experiences to extrapolate to that conclusion. For example Babli mentions that you had a fight, Shaurya got mad and came to Goa and you followed him to manoing him. Is that how you will spend your life ? However Babli is unaware what the fight was about, she is unaware why he felt compelled to leave or why Anokhi felt compelled to follow. Also because Babli feels like she might have had a slightly different life if she had been educated, she is focussed on Anokhi's education and is disappointed that Anokhi is distracted with all this emotional roller coaster. Babli's fears are not unfounded and she is being practical and pragmatic given her experience. Would she have a completely different perspective on Shaakhi relationship if she had married Vicky instead of Vineet...probably?

However there are assumptions made about Shaakhi chemistry and relationship and how it will proceed. Babli also seems to undermine Shaurya's commintment and investment in the relationship though in all fairness there is very little at this point to prove it. I think the current track is great because it gives the couple a reality check. This is going to be a difficult relationship to manage but the rewards are well worth it. It is upto the couple to decide if they are willing to take a risk and pursue it or play safe and walk away from each other.
