ani would remember more as we can see bon is on quest to find education and her words were to ani for being shikshak,emotional support and ultimate respect,this is the change from bon side tabhi she agreed quickly AND she is more mature

Thakuma will come to know about this, may be will feel it as an insult and will enter the show to take back Bonditha forcibly from anirudh. If there is an old enemity between thakuma family and RC family, they will stick to enemity only.
