I kinda agree that she has motherly feelings for him. She looked after the child well. But she has no limit as to where she needs to refrain from overstepping. She is so insecure about him. She needs to control him and everything surrounding and related to him.
She had managed to keep Shaurya's real mother away, by filling all sorts of ill conceived ideas in a child's conscience..but she'll fail miserably when it comes to his love.
Shaurya said it loud and clear today that he has finally found his reason to be happy. he won't let go easily. He's no more a child to believe every crap she will say, no matter how convincing she will be. She got a severe sadma today, face turned pale when her beta raised voice in front of her to proclaim about loving someone else. He won't let go. he won't.
I pray Aastha helps him as well as Shaan. He badly needs support from people who genuinely cares for him.

Yes today Devi understood that Shaurya is not another Shaan. He had made it clear that it was his life and his haq. It is not going to be easy to emotionally blackmail him. She cannot start counting all her sacrifices. He is not going to listen to that crap. But I don't think it is going to be easy because Anokhi will maintain a distance from him now. Shaan and Aastha should hopefully support him and help in clearing the misunderstandings between Shakhi.
