Yeah maybe I read too much into it.. He just wanted to drive them due to Anokhi.. He us basically in that sweet phase where he just needs her and ignores/accepts anything that comes with her..

I wish a see a scene when things get sorted with mother son..to recreate surmayee ankhiyon mein song sequence. Like shaurya rest his head on his mother lap aastha adores him.
