Child marriage with Bondita was an impulsive decision taken in a very difficult situation, now Anirudh has time to think and act on something which will free Bondita from Child marriage and protect her from the society

I am saying it again society is against her education too but it doesn't mean Anirudh should keep her at home, he sent her to school against wishes of society, so this society is just an excuse, they can gossip but they have no legal power

Bondita will be a Barrister, this will be her identity, by getting his marriage annulled Anirudh will pave the way towards a social reform, if he is against ending his own child marriage then does he really have any moral ground to ask other people to stop it?

Sumati's young daughter was getting married to an old man, she was about to die when Anirudh saved her, staying in RC house is the least she can do for Bondita

Anirudh could take Bondita anywhere he wants as her husband, which gives him legal authority over Bondita. The moment annulment happens Anirudh will no longer be her legal guardian. His status in her life will be that of a stranger. Bondita's family will get her custody. Do you think a family in a traditional society will allow a girl to go somewhere with a man without a proper relation? Remember the condition put forward by Mini's father in front of him to take her to London for treatment? That is how society works.Forget about taking her away, he will not even have the right to take any decision regarding Bondita

I agree society doesn't have any legal authority. After annulment Anirudh's condition will also be the same. He will also not have any legal right over Bondita. Her family will decide what she should do. As a minor and a girl, I don't think even Bondita will get a chance to decide for herself. Then how can Anirudh take decisions for Bon? Based on which right?

Anirudh's moral ground is the real dilemma. He is the petitioner. So if he doesn't break his marriage, it will look like he is showing double standard. If he breaks marriage, there is no guarantee that he can make Bondita barrister. Let's see how the track will end and what solution will come. I personally think some middle path will be shown.

Even after Anirudh saving her young daughter Sumati refused to live with them saying she will not compromise her self respect. At that time it was Bondita's house. So definitely she will not live with them after breaking the relation
