I'm sure you loved the episode but this part made me go aww. I always had the intuition that their childhood would've been cutesy too, and I'm over the moon to see that confirmed today. She fought for 2 rs chole cz Shiva was hungry ❤️

They bicker all the time but Shiva's chipkali has always been innately kind and turns into a ferocious lioness for her near and dear - regardless of his constant yapping, Shiva is included in that bunch. They probably grew up this way - Raavi always being kind and considering Shiva her own, creating a persistent friendship despite his best attempts to claw at her. No wonder the boy grew to nurse an unwilling fondness for her sunny self - all those soft gazes, the mild attraction and subdued care before the marriage make sense now!

Involuntarily, she managed to carve out a space for her chipkaliness in his anti-maami existence, and his subconscious lets him know that once in a while lol

I'm glad we're getting some glimpses of their backstory since we didn't have much of it captured in the preleap. Dhara recalling that incident gave me hope that we'll get more cute tidbits of all four of them during various phases in the past 10 years - these random dialogues pertaining to their childhood sprinkled over the episodes add to the warmth and create such real connect! You keep getting reminded that these 4 actually spend all these years in each other's company, growing up creating endless memories and moments. It makes their interactions all the more meaningful and heartwarming. I almost feel nostalgic for a fictional childhood I didn't witness when I see Raavi with the brothers.

Usually, we get to see either two childhood besties or enemies grow up separately and then fall in love after the one who moved away comes back or we get two complete strangers who instantly get annoyed in their first meeting and start bickering for no reason and then fall in love. Here, they have layers and nuances and years of familiarity that renders their nokjhok a lot of naturality❤️

Honestly today’s episode and that scene was like a gold mine 🤗 loved it to bits..Raavi is soo pyaari, I wished if we would get some more flashback scenes with Raavi and the brothers. The scene instantly added lot more layers to their relationship and the kind of familiarity they all share. Shiva kisina kisi tarah shaadi se pehle used to avoid her now tho it’ll be so hard resisting pyaari raavi

Very well said. And the last part is exactly how these scenes make me feel. I am hoping these anecdotal stories will come from time to time.

And this was cute and unexpected! It just goes to sese how innocent and pure hearted she is. She'll be back to that self when these MUs clear especially around what happened with Dev matter. Loved how she still proudly spoke about it until Shiva interrupted that he didn't need help. Chipkali has definitely made it through his heart, subconsciously because roles are about to be reverssee Though she claims to hate him, he's going to do more subtle things for her that he would have never thought about in the past.

Too bad they caught on to Dhara's plan and asked her to stop trying to get them to talk. Otherwise, we could have heard more stories.

Lovely post! So glad you made one!

I absolutely love Shivi jodi. This just gives me hope ki sab theek ho jayega. Raavi has always had a special place in her heart for Shiva and I just feel despite her infatuation with Dev, she has always been closer to Shiva.

That was one of my favorite parts of the episode. The fact that choti Raavi still fought for Shiva because he was hungry is so cute. I do wish they will keep mentioning things and moments from their childhood

I hope so too! It would be a delight to hear tales of Somnath's Prettiest Princess and her Pandya Trio from time to time😆

@ I found that adorable, despite all the ruckus in her life in the last 2 days she's recalling her defence of Shiva so innocently and proudly. These two defame the reputation of the word "hatred". And they really came back to their usual selves the second their banter began! I also loved how Shiva acted nonchalant and defended himself saying he could've handled it himself as if he doesn't care - do these dorks even realise they're fighting over a chole andolan from years past? 🤣

I swear they're such kids when they fight. They don't need rhyme or reason to bicker, anything and everything is an open invite to begin their dance.

@ Haha. That reminded me of how well they know each other and how much Raavi seems a natural extension of the Pandyas. Shiva knew right away that she'd tricked him, and both of them didn't take a second to figure out Dhara's plan. The way they're attuned to each other again signifies the childhood connect. Remember, Raavi knew everyone's tea preferences in an earlier epi... that was another glimpse of her familiarity with them, how close would you have to be to know exactly how each member likes their morning drink!!

Every time there's a scene like this, I wonder how Rishita processes it - she's practically an outsider in this tale, a new entry at a later chapter in the book. I wish we get to see her thoughts about this aspect of the family once she gets off her Mere Dev high horse.

Super cute. I'm conjuring up all kinds of headcannons about them as kids in my mind now😆
