I just finished the episode. So my heart broke as I watched it...I see that as a victory for everyone involved with making ps.
First thing is Shiva could have said a word or two, just even a 'wait here' when Raavi asked him to free her. But he didn't. Communication clearly isn't their strong point. Raavi was bound to feel panicked or something. I'm feeling a certain way about Dev being the one to untie Raavi. I already had this worry from yesterday's precap but hoped Gaumbi would get there somehow. I even called Dev 'Janardhan's damad' out of annoyance 😒. But what's a guy supposed to do. It's not really his fault. He did the right thing. From his part there's only worry and care for her.
Raavi *Sigh* this girl has been through so much. After Dev leaving her and having to marry Shiva, I doubt she's able to judge what's true and what's not. It's so easy for her to believe these misconceptions and who can really blame her. She looked broken before she fainted. Despite everything she didn't leave! That speaks volumes for me. I kind of liked that she expressed her feelings openly (didn't like the wanting to slap bit). Also don't you think Raavi looked more panicked about the divorce talks than Shiva? I felt like hugging her, she was so scared.
Suman the maha saas was amazing. We were just saying how alike Shiva is to her! Like Shiva she also comes across harsh at times. But when it comes down to it she knows how to speak up. She knows Raavi has gone through alot but she wasn't willing to listen to something that didn't match up to her son's character. She's saying it how it is, Shiva did give up his happiness. It doesn't mean Raavi should be grateful about it but it's important to know he didn't marry her for revenge. Suman also didn't deny Raavi a choice on whether to leave or stay. I admired that about her today, felt like hugging her too.
Pandya family is pure love. I love them so much! The way they back each other. They don't want or need proof. They know each other inside out and that's that. Everyone stood up for Shiva, no ifs no buts. They weren't even there but still knew Shiva isn't like that, it's a misunderstanding. More than anything I'm so happy Dev stood up for Shiva. I've been annoyed at him since the wedding fiasco because he hasn't had a heart to heart with Shiva. But the way he stood up for him was like the Dev we all wanted. I even look at the time he told Shiva 'remember I'm older than you' differently, just because he acted like it. That mera bhai part was so sweet! Wanted to hug all of them too!
Shiva ðŸ˜...he's actually my fave character. I have such a soft spot for him. This guy is so loud, he answers back to everyone, he doesn't take nonsense and gets angry easily...today he didn't say a word to defend himself. In fact it's not in his character to do it. He's never been the showing off or defending himself type, he knows what's in his heart. This isn't the first time Raavi mentioned the revenge thing. Not once did Shiva say he married her because Dhara asked him to. But the way he stood there letting Raavi say what she feels broke me. I love that he let her have a choice too, he kind of did it in his own way though, like it doesn't matter. It's so sad that he also didn't want to marry her, his life has also dramatically changed with no fault of his own. He also seems to want to stay in the relationship. Whatever differences they both have, they both seem to have that common belief that relationships mean something even if it's all for face. They just need to build on this (when MU's are over). He might have disliked her for his own reasons, he never wanted her to be a part of their family, he may have said alot of harsh things to her to make her feel this way but he wouldn't go out his way to torture her. I just want to hug him.
That precap seems real to me. I don't know what'll happen but I don't think Shiva will take her words to heart. She looks broken and I feel like he can see it. Atleast they're communicating.
Such a good episode! Basically I want to hug them all except Rishita. I'm still not going to hate her but I'm not exactly liking her.
