Yes ideally he should take a stand right then and there but we know he will not but will just try to diffuse the situation a bit.

Even after I do not think he is going to clarify with BM. He better not because if he does then she gonna turn in kakai and ask for wedding with shagun and never meet with Anokhi as her promise.

Also this way it will keep the option open about getting secretly married and then the promise will be out of question. But I know if CV had shown it it has some meaning it is going to come in
