True .amitabhs character needed to have a humbling arc. He was such a classist person. I hated how he refused to go to daijaan's daughters wedding . Its was utter insensitive and ghatiyaI found k3g and kkhh entertaining ...kkhh had more heart
K3g I felt the conflict and resolution was too flimsy...
So Amitabh is this patriarch who has a chip on his shoulder abt being rich and kicks Rahul out coz he went against him
But the never show how her realised he was wrong (except that he misses Rahul)
He dosent have a humbling moment of a learning moment where he realises falling in love with someone outside ur social structure isn’t a bad thing....and kajol isnt “unfit” for srk .....and being middle class isn’t shameful....he dosent see them happy and change his ways ...dosent have a realisation
the only thing is Jayas character telling him to stfu and stop taking everybody’s decisions for them 😂
The emotional climax is literally “omg I missed u...come back u”😒That part felt flimsy so couldn’t emotionally connect with the movie but it’s funny portions are entertaining 😂
that was imagination no? ladki badi anjani h me tha ye sequence

Indeed...he never learns his lesson tho
So in the end ur still icky and feel like he is just accepting kajol so that srk can come back to him and not because he realises how classist he had been and sees her as a person worthy of respect
K3G ❤️

Kajol was sooo annoying in the movie, esp in the first half. I don't for the life of me undertand why SRK would choose her over Rani.
I like the emotion (that scene in the rain - oof) and charm of the second half of KKHH but think the school portions are mostly a goofy cheesy mess.
K3G has it's daddy issues - the tagline should have been "It's all about loving your family" - not parents. Even mama is problematic the way she seems disinterested in her younger son. She sends Sayeeda (the nanny? housekeeper?) to be with Rahul (a grown man) when she's seemingly the only adult that cares about Rohan - a child - who they then offload to school.
But overall it's a far slicker more accomplished production on a grander scale that also delivers on emotion and fun while giving far better musical numbers.

Yep it was hallucination of Rahul, but it still showed that he prefers Anjali being a tomboy over the "mature" woman she had become.
I know he did not direct them but I love kal ho na ho and yjhd
