I second you. There are situations that they can control and some they cannot control .

They cannot control IPL or an actor falling sick. But they could have come up with different idea without rekidnapping like you and Rish suggested . No they used rekidnapping . People get bored of such.

Plus viewers attention span is short now due to what they go through coz of pandemic .

They need to consider those. A track should within 2 weeks more than that don't go well.
