There’s something solid about Shaurya....be it his values or his actions. He shows up for her! Even when he didn’t like her, he exhibited protectiveness. Remember how he sent Makkan to take Anokhi to a guest house, the night before her interview. He had a savior complex!

She’s attracted to a man who protects but doesn’t impose on her. Him valuing her also adds a layer of protection!

Yes.... That's a very important reason because she's been deprived of security for so long. To constantly be worried about what tomorrow might be like, it must be very taxing for her. And she's never trusted men. Like after she got out of Chandigarh station, she immediately knew she was in trouble when she saw those two guys following her. And she was ready to pepper spray them. But when SS held her after the ragging scene, that was the first time she felt safe. And she just knew she could rely on him. That's why whenever he lashed out at her or Aastha, she would get so shocked.

Yeah.. Also, the way she got scared when she saw him sick was a proof. She was crying just because he has fever. Her dialogues " Mai aapko aise nahi dekh sakti, utho na PS", proved a point. The girl sees him like her protector, and its hard to see when he's not in his usual SS self.

My favorite part of him being sick was how she had the upper hand and she straight up told him to shut up! She took charge!
And as much Anokhi loves his protection....He loves her protection as well. He’s always astounded to know that she cares!
