It's always been "Yeh Hum Aa Gaye Hai Kahaan" for me too ❤️

BUT "Hum To Bhai Jaise Hain" is no less. Neither is "Do Pal" or "Lodi" or "Main Yahaan Hoon".Best soundtrack of 2004 easily.

Album Of The Decade? Strong contender.

It's a shame Lata Ji excluded herself from the Playback Award, I do wonder how many more she would've won.

Going with hum toh bhai because do pal, tere liye, main yahan hoon make me too sad 😒

Incredible, magical album from one of my All-Time favorite films!

I remember someone saying this and it's so true: even a deleted song from this album, Yeh Hum Aa Gaye Hai Kaha, is better than majority of the songs released today!

"Tere liye hum hai", it's melodious and soulful.

Uff. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Veer Zaara songs 😭❤️

The entire album is so sweepingly romantic and GRAND.

Whenever I hear songs from this movie I get nostalgic thinking of the bygone era of Bollywood films that were full of romance, beauty and grandeur. They don't do it like this in BW anymore 🥺🥺

Anyway, while I love the entire album, two songs are a little bit more special to me. They are Yeh Hum Aa Gaye Hain Kahan and Kyon Hawa Aaj Yun Gaa Rahi Hain. Both are dream sequences of Veer. I think the latter is lesser known but could actually be my favourite. It comes at the very beginning of film and is preceded by some beautiful poetry by Javed Akhtar. The image of a young Veer wandering freely in valleys lit up by the golden sunlight, enjoying the beauty of nature and anticipating his beloved is so sweet and sad at the same time. 😭😳 since in the actua story of the movie Veer really missed out living the years of his youth like this- because he had sacrificed his life to protect Zaara 🥺
