The past week's episodes, esp the abortion track, highlighted Pallavi's flaws for us. We all realised that her voice refuses to work in front of her family, that she needs serious lessons in standing up for herself. She let's herself be the doormat and absorbs all the blame.

Today we saw Raghav, the very opposite end of that spectrum. The one who takes no blame whatsoever, and puts all of it on others (his current punching bag being Pallavi). He has been at it for years, right? Trying to convince his Amma and Keerti to come back to him. Can we seriously believe that every time it has been someone else creating the problem, and he had no hands in messing things up? Even today, his amma scolded him for messing up things for Pallu, and instead of trying to see where he went wrong, he immediately directed all his anger to Pallu as she badmouthed him in front of amma. He says he can do anything for them, that he will do everything acc to amma's wishes, then why doesn't he try to understand what she really wants? Her wishes aren't that difficult to understand, esp for a man like Raghav who is so good at reading and understanding people. But he just wants to be a petulant child, doing things his way, hoping to impress the ones he loves, and complaining when they're not (I still love him though... pagal baccha he is 😆❤️).

Where Pallavi is all about soaking up complaints like a sponge, Raghav is all about bouncing them off himself and onto others. Pallu is about thinking the best of others, defending them. Raghav is about judging them harshly and punishing them. We can argue that Pallavi puts all the blame on Raghav too, but she really has every reason to. Her bias isn't unfounded, Raghav indeed was the "villain of her life" for a long time, even though his dialogues today prove that he has forgotten it all. He had even stopped considering the challenge seriously (actually the fact that he never signed an agreement or made it official in any way, proves that he probably never took it seriously)... whereas for Pallu her primary wish for the website was to be able to win the challenge. Somewhere along the line, Raghav changed from being the villain of her life to being the friend of her life (annoying friend though 🤣) He's just angry that no one recognises it (again.. pagal 😆) and with amma being upset with him, he's channeling all his frustration towards the one person he can, Saree ka dukaan 🤪

So I liked the episode, simply for bringing it to focus that Raghav needs Pallavi just as much as she needs him. Abortion track brought out Pallu's flaws very clearly, too clearly. But this guy was being chivalrous and caring and supportive for a while now, so we almost forgot that he has flaws too. He's reckless and immature, impulsive and arrogant, wild and crazy and hot-headed. Now Pallavi is back to the being the girl we love... the solution-finder, the optimist, the one who can see sense in any situation, bring hope to herself and others as well. This is the girl who can bring the wildness of Raghav Rao under control, who can make him see what he needs to do, make him a better version of himself. The one who can sort out his messed up life. Pallavi Deshmukh 😳❤️

Also, like you guys mujhe bhi besabri se intezaar hai us din ka.. when he realises Pallu is an orphan. I wanna see the emotions play across his face ❤️❤️ Sai will absolutely nail it I'm sure

I am honestly waiting for the wedding so much. Someone just get them married already! 😆😆

P.S. Really missing old amma 😭 She was like a lion roaring at her cub... this one really doesn't have that fire 😭

Same bro same. Don and Don's old Amma had such real mother-son vibe. Also the scenes between Don's old Amma and Pallavi were so heartwarming and refreshing. I hope we get the old Amma back.

I'm so sorry for her 😭 Sulo is truly as disgusting as it gets 😡 I just ignore her scenes these days 😪

I'm totally ready to see what revenge RR takes 😈 As a brother his anger is totally justified. Just wish the anger was on the entire family instead of being laser-focused on Pallu But anything to get the story moving

I wish they show a strong Keerti fighting against her situation and recovering from it, headstrong 👍🏼 She's Raghav Rao's sister, she totally has the same fire and strength running in her veins ❤️

Me to, I totally skip her scenes 🤢 she and her disgraceful daughter, pathetic combination 🤢

About Raghav, I expect some common sense from him specially after the abortion fiasco, being the smart don that he think he is, he should not doubt Pallavi alone, Sulochna should cross his mind at least, if she can degrade Pallavi's character (note that he still doesn't know she's widow here) so why can't she do that to his sister. I want him to think calmly before taking any step further.

Pallavi misunderstood him a lot, I agree, but she never did any harm, she never tried hurting him in any way, except for her empty threats, I don't mind a little grey Raghav but that should be justified.

This is what I was looking for. You said it all what I thought but couldn't put in words.

The flaws in our stars.

Till last week I was blaming pallavi for creating unnecessary drama because everything Raghav was doing made sense also having accepted Pallavi as a strong character it was really difficult to accept her meekness.

And this week the role is reversed dramatically. Now Pallavi is back to be the wise one and Raghav is creating needless ruckus. Which made me notice his flaws too.

Person is made of concoction of many traits which comes out differntly according to the situations. Thats how Raghav and Pallavi behaves when it comes to their family .

The episode is indeed an enlightenment on Raghav's character.

Awesome post.👏👏👏

Ps. Pichhle hafte tak main soch rhi thi Pallavi apna business kaise chala rhi hai ab tak with being so emotional and not logical....ab soch rhi hoon Raghav kaise apna business chala rha with his short tempered attitude. Because in both the case one tend to take wrong decisions which can be harmful for business.🤣

Thanks for this post 🤗

Agree with you! I like that this episode had us see how Raghav also has flaws and truly needs Pallavi in his life. Also how Farhad is a wonderful brother, Keerti and Amma deserve better, poor Manasi's camera, BWA ko koi please lekar jao aur Andaman jail me daalo for being such a *bleh* and mostly Pallavi's resilience was great! Well said! 👍🏼

This new Amma does not have the command the old Amma had over Raghav. Regardless, one thing I did notice is that only Amma can control RR. I have an older who is almost the same as RR in terms if behaviour, and the only person he will listen to is my Amma. This made me think that RR has not grown up emotionally. He lacks confidence and seeks validation. Most of us have picked this up, but psychologically speaking, the makers have done excellent job in portraying this side of RR so expertly for us to have picked this up too.

The epi was good. I'm assuming most forum members are females here (duh), so we will naturally feel a little uncomfortable and angry with the upcoming Keerthi track. But SM bullying does happen IRL unfortunately. However, the makers could have lightened the blow if it was Amrutha who was plotting this revenge. We could've excused her stupidity for responsible, at least. But seeing as it is the mother of two grown women and being a woman herself, I'm at least finding it hard to digest that she can stoop so low! Not a logical step from the makers.

Secondly - the yo-yoing between the leads. I get it that this is the whole point of the show. But what I don't understand how can their equation be so bipolar? I mean, RR should know better that Pallu does not live for money but needs money to live. This should have been apparent throughout the whole Bangalore sari scandal, when she ditched the financial gain to get the woman arrested for fraud. C'mon RR, wake up and smell the grass would ya already?

The wedding revenge will br interesting to watch. But I'm now questioning why Pallu's character had to be a widow? What is the significance of her being a widow? She could've easily been a stepdaughter or an dead servants daughter and the storyline would have been the same. No?

I thought the whole point of showing her to be a widow was to highlight society's disapproval of a second marriage, or even her fighting her own feelings in love again and dedicating herself to these hypocrite Deshmukhs.

Just my opinion!

No wonder even I want the wedding to happen now but this scandal thing is really upsetting me. I was upset when Raghav got trapped in his MMS scandal too. Somehow I really don't like people degrading others character.....that upsets me a lot. Coz this is just a show where one day or the other this MU will definitely get cleared but every other day I hear news of people getting trapped in such scandals.

I guess working in a development sector has started taking its effects on me😆

Absolutely, I try to take nothing too seriously in shows, but these cases do happen in real life and that's very upsetting 😔 Character is a serious matter... people shouldn't malign it like that 😐

As for the show, I've lost all hopes from Sulo... nothing she does disappoints me anymore. She's a pathetic character and I'm ignoring her. Just watching from a Raghvi point of view now 😊

Thank you 🤗

Me too, last week really got me thinking like Raghav deserves someone better than Pallavi... she needs to improve her character in order to be suitable and worthy of him. But today made me realise that that's not necessarily true. Both of them have their own flaws which the other can help them with. Both need to improve in their own way, that's what makes them compatible. They're really meant for each other 😳❤️

Ditto to the PS lol, they are both immature in their own ways 😆 But I do think Raghav is somehow more mature when it comes to business... much more rational. He knows how to deal with his clients and allies and I don't think he will lose his temper in front of them unless there's a good reason for it. It's just when his Amma and Keerti get involved in the picture that he loses all sense of logic 🤪 Jo man mein ata hai karta jaata hai impulsively

The old Amma was indeed a perfect one for the role her anger matched that of Raghav farhad's line jaisi maa waisa beta looked apt for that pair

With this actor somehow I can't seem to connect myself somewhere it feels like she's trying to copy the old Amma (no offense meant to the actor)

Thanks! 😳

@bold: that's exactly what I'm saying, only Pallavi has the patience and tenacity to get through to Raghav's fiery anger and calm him down (a glimpse of it could be seen in the hospital scene when he was allowing only her to talk to him while he was angry). While Raghav is the only one who challenges her enough to get her out of her shell and speak her mind.. she turns from bheegi billi Pallavi to sherni Pallavi in front of him 😛

I miss old amma so much 😭 She really looked like she could slap the don RR to bring him in line, her eyes themselves carried that fire. Her voice and tone were perfect too. This amma kinda feels like a typical bechari Nirupa Roy mother who's gonna shed tears and make us feel sorry 😐 I really hope she owns up to the role or that we get our old amma back 😒 This character is a very important one.
