I guess I'm one of the few people who actually liked the episode today, simply because it brought Raghav's character into perspective. The past week's episodes, esp the abortion track, highlighted Pallavi's flaws for us. We all realised that her voice refuses to work in front of her family, that she needs serious lessons in standing up for herself. She let's herself be the doormat and absorbs all the blame.

Today we saw Raghav, the very opposite end of that spectrum. The one who takes no blame whatsoever, and puts all of it on others (his current punching bag being Pallavi). He has been at it for years, right? Trying to convince his Amma and Keerti to come back to him. Can we seriously believe that every time it has been someone else creating the problem, and he had no hands in messing things up? Even today, his amma scolded him for messing up things for Pallu, and instead of trying to see where he went wrong, he immediately directed all his anger to Pallu as she badmouthed him in front of amma. He says he can do anything for them, that he will do everything acc to amma's wishes, then why doesn't he try to understand what she really wants? Her wishes aren't that difficult to understand, esp for a man like Raghav who is so good at reading and understanding people. But he just wants to be a petulant child, doing things his way, hoping to impress the ones he loves, and complaining when they're not (I still love him though... pagal baccha he is šŸ˜†ā¤ļø).

Where Pallavi is all about soaking up complaints like a sponge, Raghav is all about bouncing them off himself and onto others. Pallu is about thinking the best of others, defending them. Raghav is about judging them harshly and punishing them. We can argue that Pallavi puts all the blame on Raghav too, but she really has every reason to. Her bias isn't unfounded, Raghav indeed was the "villain of her life" for a long time, even though his dialogues today prove that he has forgotten it all. He had even stopped considering the challenge seriously (actually the fact that he never signed an agreement or made it official in any way, proves that he probably never took it seriously)... whereas for Pallu her primary wish for the website was to be able to win the challenge. Somewhere along the line, Raghav changed from being the villain of her life to being the friend of her life (annoying friend though 🤣) He's just angry that no one recognises it (again.. pagal šŸ˜†) and with amma being upset with him, he's channeling all his frustration towards the one person he can, Saree ka dukaan 🤪

So I liked the episode, simply for bringing it to focus that Raghav needs Pallavi just as much as she needs him. Abortion track brought out Pallu's flaws very clearly, too clearly. But this guy was being chivalrous and caring and supportive for a while now, so we almost forgot that he has flaws too. He's reckless and immature, impulsive and arrogant, wild and crazy and hot-headed. Now Pallavi is back to the being the girl we love... the solution-finder, the optimist, the one who can see sense in any situation, bring hope to herself and others as well. This is the girl who can bring the wildness of Raghav Rao under control, who can make him see what he needs to do, make him a better version of himself. The one who can sort out his messed up life. Pallavi Deshmukh šŸ˜³ā¤ļø

Also, like you guys mujhe bhi besabri se intezaar hai us din ka.. when he realises Pallu is an orphan. I wanna see the emotions play across his face ā¤ļøā¤ļø Sai will absolutely nail it I'm sure

I am honestly waiting for the wedding so much. Someone just get them married already! šŸ˜†šŸ˜†

P.S. Really missing old amma 😭 She was like a lion roaring at her cub... this one really doesn't have that fire 😭

It wasn't the whole episode i disliked, I was fine with how Raghav behave, he's no saint, we all knew and not everyday can be a good day, he will have to hate her.. that's the plotline, tht how they will get married so that's not actually what put my mind off.

I totally agree with you, You are cent percent right, a flawed misunderstood and not always right Raghav was necessary otherwise it would always be a one sided story, so not much complaints.

What disgusted me or rather baffled me was Sulochna, don't mind me calling her a bitch, she's one. I couldn't believe what she did, it wasn't just ethically wrong on her part but also legally, and knowing very well she won't be punished for it (prove me wrong, sicku) I get more irritated. She compromised a woman's private life, she literally took obscene photos of someone who's her daughter's age, how can a woman do that to a woman for mere revenge? That part of the episode was were I went mad!!

Hey Bee I agree with you totally. To be honest I did not dislike the episode....it's just that Keerthi's MMS scandal that has got me down. And to top it all this scandal will cause Pallavi's defamation again that too by Raghav this time.

No wonder even I want the wedding to happen now but this scandal thing is really upsetting me. I was upset when Raghav got trapped in his MMS scandal too. Somehow I really don't like people degrading others character.....that upsets me a lot. Coz this is just a show where one day or the other this MU will definitely get cleared but every other day I hear news of people getting trapped in such scandals.

I guess working in a development sector has started taking its effects on mešŸ˜†

I absolutely don't mind, she's truly a bitch 🤬 She crossed all her limits today, as a person and as a woman. Keerti... I felt so sorry for that girl. I was like "shut the windows before you change girl!" but I understand she trusted the family... I'm so sorry for her 😭 Sulo is truly as disgusting as it gets 😔 I just ignore her scenes these days 😪

I'm totally ready to see what revenge RR takes 😈 As a brother his anger is totally justified. Just wish the anger was on the entire family instead of being laser-focused on Pallu But anything to get the story moving

I wish they show a strong Keerti fighting against her situation and recovering from it, headstrong šŸ‘šŸ¼ She's Raghav Rao's sister, she totally has the same fire and strength running in her veins ā¤ļø

Yes yes yes ....ā¤ļø

This is what I was looking for. You said it all what I thought but couldn't put in words.

The flaws in our stars.

Till last week I was blaming pallavi for creating unnecessary drama because everything Raghav was doing made sense also having accepted Pallavi as a strong character it was really difficult to accept her meekness.

And this week the role is reversed dramatically. Now Pallavi is back to be the wise one and Raghav is creating needless ruckus. Which made me notice his flaws too.

Person is made of concoction of many traits which comes out differntly according to the situations. Thats how Raghav and Pallavi behaves when it comes to their family .

The episode is indeed an enlightenment on Raghav's character.

Awesome post.šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘

Ps. Pichhle hafte tak main soch rhi thi Pallavi apna business kaise chala rhi hai ab tak with being so emotional and not logical....ab soch rhi hoon Raghav kaise apna business chala rha with his short tempered attitude. Because in both the case one tend to take wrong decisions which can be harmful for business.🤣

Great analysis

As much as I would like the episode to be filled with raghvi moments nokjhok but storywise it was an important episode to remind the audience of raghav's shortcomings as the previous track was focused on pallavi's flaws.Your analysis reminds me of the very first promo were Raghav was characterized as fire and pallavi as water.Your words but further prove that there are indeed like fire and water, polar opposite yet they are imperfect and have flaws which only the otherone can fix.

The old Amma was indeed a perfect one for the role her anger matched that of Raghav farhad's line jaisi maa waisa beta looked apt for that pair

With this actor somehow I can't seem to connect myself somewhere it feels like she's trying to copy the old Amma (no offense meant to the actor)

I agree with everything you've said. The epi was meh.

But don't you think just like pallu has reasons to not believe and blame raghav even raghav has his reasons to blame pallu? I'm in no way defending his today's actions...it was wrong on his part to go and make a scene at the D house. But in his mind, pallu was/is the reason why his amma gets angry at him whenever there was some improvement in their relationship. In the mms scandal with anjali it was pallu who made the food(we as the audience know that pallu is innocent) but raghav doesn't.

The same thing happened in the sangeet time...his amma was ready to eat food from the plate he brought for her but again pallu came in between them and trash-talked about him.

Then the slap followed. Again, pallu being the reason for it.

Then the scene where he was proudly telling how he helped pallu with that abortion but again his amma told him off.

Today also his amma scolded him coz of pallu.

See, he too has his own reasons to get angry at pallu. Maybe a little jealous of pallu too. how his mother keeps talking pallu's side instead of his even when he tries to do good.

Even I missed old amma in today's epi.

I won’t get to see episode till later so only commenting on how well you have compared the two. Total opposites yet the same in so many ways. Count my like as a triple like!

I think I said this before there is a lot of yo-yoing between them but also within their own characters. All this gets us so involved and emotional about their storyšŸ™‚
