Only a mega star of the level of Khans, Akki will get away with re-writing of scripts in accordance to their demands, choose or kick out heroines on side actors on demand from a film. KA should know this before making such demands in the first place. Even the date issue can sorted out amicably too, a lot of who do multiple films like Akki, Ajay was able to sort out dates so KA's exsuse of not giving dates is just bogus. Having said that, kjo going out to the media with all the details is unacceptable. Just let him go or work with him tolerating his demands. What is this villifying of KA and making Jaanu a big star in the writeup.

I mean Kjo is not stupid to throw out KA an outsider, in the midst of all the brickbats for being father of nepotism and when he has been trying to change his image by giving chance to outsiders in his new found talent management agency and Dharma films. Have a feeling after reading the article he did it partly for his Jaanu baby's career more than his own benefit. KA's demands about Jaanu must have been the breaking point for Kjo. Does it mean Jaanu is slowly but steadily taking over Aloo's place in Dharma and Kjo's heart?

Leave aside Kartik and Jhanvi.. The third actor in the movie Lakshay was in some MTV show. I wonder what strings he pulled to land a Dharma film. Anyway that dude can't move a single face muscle. The film is filled with non actors and it would be better if it gets shelved.

KJo is spending tons of money on Brahmastra. It’s getting delayed and delayed and yet Dharma has no issue.

A few things don't add up here for me:

1. Post SKTKS, Kaartik worked with Imtiaz Ali and is currently working on Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 with Aneez Bazmee. None of these directors have had a problem with him, only Dharma seems to have one. Why?

2. Kaartik as been around for more than a decade now, right? If he was such a pain to work with, it should've happened after the first PKP. How did the guy manage to work with Luv Ranjan for 4 or some films till date if he has issues with attitude?

3. Do they really expect us to believe all these lead actors date their costars and the relationship goes kaput just after the movie releases?

4. Chalo for once maan lete hai that Kaartik and Janhvi are a thing. Kaartik had no problem promoting LAK with Sara, who were apparently very serious about each other. Why would he have a problem with Janhvi?

5. Varun dropped out of Mr. Lele after releasing a first look and all that hype because he wanted to recover and reinvent himself after the Coolie No 1 disaster. Was that not unprofessional?

6. Brahmastra has been filming for God knows how long, that's not costing Dharma extra money, given what the audience now thinks of their star cast and might not go and watch the film?

If any of this is true and not a PR stunt, from what I gather looks like Kaartik did not give in to KJo's demands, well not everyone will kiss his ass. Because like we know, the big guys can do anything they want while the outsiders have to consider merely working with such a PH as a "blessing".

Yes it would cost money. Do you think it's going to be free ?

The issue here isn't that KJO isn't ready to wait for Karthik. It's the fact that he had to let him go because of his behaviour. Thus, they'll have to reshoot or shelve the movie.

At least with Brahamastra they have the hope to recoup the costs of production.

Kartik is a below average actor. I was genuinely upset when I heard that he is doing bhool bhulaiyan 2😒 I wish he is replaced by ayushman there as well
