Responsibility Malini ki cuz she took the onus of bringing the forms from her college. Until she hands over the form to Imlie, Imlie can’t do anything na. And she will need help with filling it out too coz the city is unfamiliar to her.

Baaki obviously Adi was picking a fight coz he was generally upset too.

Malini woh form shaam tak bhar jaane chahiye the, uske saare documents sab attach hone chahiye the...yada yada yada". Thats why I was puzzled on first watch, ke why should Malini do it. She should bring the forms, absolutely, but why fill them too. That should be Imlie collaborating with someone else.

Theek hai, creative liberty hai, jhagade ka bahana hai, lekin baat khatki ke why is Imlie being treated like a 14 yr old instead of a 19yr old, state topper.

I still don’t think it changes the issue much. Imlie may be state topper but she’s never filled a college ka form before. Toh help toh chahiye hogi.

Adi’s main issue was that Malini volunteered to get the forms and help fill them but phir nahin kiya. Adi-Imlie toh PC mein busy the that is why nahin kar paaye, but what was Malini’s excuse? Sitting home sulking over the cancelled dinner date? 😆

I don’t think it’s about creative liberties. They were trying to show how cracks form in relationships. Obviously the real issue is about much more than the admission form...but Adi-Malini both would rather argue over the form rather than address their real issues. Malini was sulking over him not taking her for a date and he was upset ki he isn’t even getting to share one meal with Imlie 😆

I would have bought that if he had not made it sound like it was totally her fault that the forms are not filled. Jo galat hai woh hai. Every 12th pass bacche ka college admission form pehli bar hi hota hai. You can certainly choose to ignore this detail.

Cracks hi nahi there are widening chasms in their relationship but just like Malini is unfairly targeting Adi and or Imlie to pick fights over and over, this time Adi picked an unfair reason to start one. 😃

But I still don’t think Malini was totally innocent in the issue either. Everyone contributed to the escalation, that’s all I’m saying. You can also choose to ignore that detail 🤷‍♀️.

I think he is more pissed about that saree charity from Malini. So he is targeting that with forms. Also, self remorse is playing a big role here. Earlier it was Imlie’s turn to take all the heat from his guilt of hiding the truth now it’s Malini’s turn. But overall it was a good episode. Everyone’s true fears surfaced today.

Exactly....the real issue wasn't about the forms.....forms just became an excuse to fight over. Adi was upset about many things....the basic one being about having to hide the truth....then yes, Malini giving that sari to Imlie, uske baad Imlie not sitting down to eat with him....all this was swirling in his mind as he picked the fight about the form.

Malini also really didn't care about defending herself over the forms....her issue was about Adi not having taken her out for the dinner date....she kept inserting that again and again as an excuse for why she didn't help with the forms like she'd earlier volunteered to do.

They were all circling around the real issues cuz they are unable to communicate with each other.

Wohi toh saara frustration ka vicious cycle hai is waqt....Adi is upset that Imlie is the type jo dusro ke liye khud hi peechhe hat jaati hai and doesn't demand her right....isliye he's going overboard trying to stick up for her rights....abhi ke liye he can only do it for the college admissions but this is all a symptom of a larger issue....he wants Imlie to get her due rights on everything....but Malini is ending up becoming a roadblock on every point😆 chaahe wittingly ya unwittingly....and yehi baat Adi ko wind up kar rahi hai....isliye woh gussa kal se lekar ghoom raha hai and aaj when he saw BK scolding Imlie toh he again couldn't take that injustice happening to Imlie😆....isliye Malini pe barsaa even if Malini has no clue ki uski wajah se Imlie ko BK sunaa rahe hain.....not that I think she'd have cared much even after that😆.

I think he was already fuming and wanted to stop BK and then Didi saunters in with her fake smile and Volcanic question "ab kya kar diya Imlie ne?" ...Babu sahib is gonna go ..1,2,3 KABOOM...

On a side note...I really like BK and Imlie ni nok jhok,,,,it was such a light respite in such a heavy weight episode with tangible tensions...but nah!! didi has to walk in with her Good morning dose

Oh yes, BK and Imlie are adorablee together😆....sabse natural banter hai unka among the family....even though Papa Tripathi is also very sweet with Imlie but BK-Imlie ki alag hi baat hai😆....ek alag hi haq se BK has taken Imlie under his wing since pretty much day one, toh usi haq se usko daant bhi lagaate hain....

Unhein kya pata ki aajkal Imlie ka naya naya bodyguard paida hua hai who wants to bite off the head of anyone who sunaaoes to his Imlie😆.

Adi ke gusse waale expressions crack me up....chai bhi kitna sada hua muh lekar pee raha tha😆....raat ka gussa tha ise ki Imlie ne khaana nahin khaaya saath mein😆....phir Didi came and as usual managed to make the volcano explode with her obliviousness 😆.

I keep forgetting to mention but Adi's irritation in that scene when Aparna asks him to go manaao Malini was just hilarious😆....."Haan hum hi maanayenge jaake....humein hi karna padta hai har baar"😆...."Hum hi is ghar mein sabse bure hain"😆

How tragic that she has gotten so used to hiding the truth that she has also now started fearing the truth....Adi in a sense feels liberated cuz he's stopped fearing the truth revelation...he feared it more before he realized his love for Imlie, but now he doesn't....and I guess in many ways he's passed that fear of the truth into Imlie in all the time he spent grilling her over it....cuz she can't shake it off anymore - iske mann mein ghar kar gaya hai woh sach ka darr. Poor thing :(

It's harder for Imlie also cuz she's used to putting others before herself....Adi is not😆. So I just feel the saddest for her ki woh darrti bhi hai ki sach baahar aake sabke rishte barbaad kar dega but at the same time, it is only with Adi that she finds a safe haven in this panic too. Stormy weather ahead for both of them....

First, ST was so awesome in this scene depicting the panic and the fear of the moment.

@bold: Yes, Imlie is now afraid of the truth especially because of how it will impact all these relationship that she finds unmol. She is only worried about the T's, Malini and Aditya.. I do not think she has even reached a stage to think how the truth is going to affect her personally. She is only thinking about others and their pain and shock. But now witnessing the fights plus Aditya himself telling her that truth needs to be told might push her in that direction. I kind of feel that right now she is at a crossroads where on one side is her happiness and other side is Malini and she is trying to sacrifice herself for Malini. But Aditya is not like her. He is not a selfless person so for her he will stay with Malini but even for her he cannot lie to Malini which results in Malini being unhappy. This is what Imlie needs to understand that relationship cannot be forced and like she did not force her relationship back then she should not be forcing Malini's relationship on him too.

I think Aditya is just done. He is all ready to face the consequences and he just wants the truth to be out and the two things that are stopping him is Imlie vachan and Malani reaction. I guess he is at a point where he is also Ok if somebody else takes the mantle to tell the truth as long as the truth is out. His "kaise??" was so telling that he just does not know how to navigate this whole issue. Isse nahin hoga... I just cannot see him walking to his family and telling the truth or to Malani also. So the only way the truth is going come out will be in the form bombspot. He is suppressing his emotions and we can see them coming out in bursts so they going break through with all the pressure that he feeling. I think Imlie's reaction/actions to these fights are going to be his trigger. He can bear anything but not her distancing himself from him nor her unhappiness and a hint of that is going to be the final push for him.
