Member Topic: How corona impacted you?

Cons- Overall it has reduced my productivity in work as I have to do a lot of meetings for miniscule things plus I don't like this whole work from home setup.

Pros- I am living with my parents since last 9 months

I became Covid positive after diwali with my taste and smell gone for 10 days accompanied with fever and weakness.

I’m not sure if I have corona right now, but i have flu, pain in throat these days. It could be because of my asthmatic history as well🤔 Kinda confused if i should get tested or not.

Made me truly realize just how unpredictable the future is.😔 We don't know what the future has in plan for us. It sounds cliche, but it really hammered in the idea that life is extremely short and uncertain. We should live each day and experience the simple joys of life.

Of course, the irony is that at a time when many people had this realization, we also couldn't do the things to "live fully" as in travel, experience new food, see friends, etc. 😒

So instead I'm here on IF...letting strangers know my irrelevant thoughts 😃

I am already struggling to find foot in my career and my mental health has deteriorated during lockdown so much that I became numb and detached from the reality for a while.Plus all the news during the period triggered it more.I may sound irrational but really don’t want a lockdown again.

I'm spending more time on IF posting absolutely stupid replies to take the stress off for a while... situation around me is horrible...

Get tested

My productivity and mental health had gone down the drain. I am barely hanging by . I got my second dose of vaccine two days ago and my office is planning to reopen soon( I have been doing work for home for a year now ). I am not even sure if I am ready to go back to normal and socially interact with people.

Nothing changed. My life is still the same.

Like Harry I still remain in my bedroom making no noise and pretending I don't exist.
