My mental health is affected mostly.

I have been lazy, unproductive, procrastinating to the utmost level, overthinking unhealthily and very very sad in this whole year of lockdown.

The first few months of lockdown were happy, cheerful and did a lot of productive things ,learnt many new and good things.

But then all the progress collapsed after I and my family went through the painful loss of my very close family member. It was a dreaded and most tough 1 month experience for me.

And after that I have not been able to do anything and lockdown totally added up to all my anxiety, overthinking and in degrading my mental health

I am at a crucial point of my studies and now starting the last year of school with lot of confusion, lot of thoughts and lots of choices in front of me. I tried a lot of ways to calm myself, cheer myself up but seems like nothing works.

I am unable to concentrate and study ,have not learnt anything in the last one year (I don't know how I passed my 11 standard exams with decent marks though😆 ) everything feels so tough. I have not been fully happy and relieved for I don't know how long.

I have cope up with personal loss of loved ones before also but lockdown never let me come out of that grief. This has been the most tough, sad, unpredictable year for me

Everything cancelled 😞 everyone around me is sick 😔 depression and anxiety is taking a toll on me
