This is just my $0.02, but I think the wickets point system appears to be flawed. Correct me if my understanding is wrong though.

We asked for two options in case the first option gets injured during the match and retires or is not playing. So automatically your second option becomes your only choice.
You get two points.
If someone wrote Rabada/Shardul as their options for highest wicket taker, they get 2 points even though Shardul was their second option and they picked Rabada out of ignorance (it was obvious at the toss and even before the game that Rabada wouldn't play)
If someone wrote Mishra/Shardul as their options for highest wicket taker, they'll get zero points as per the points system below.
As there is a tie in wickets predictions, pt are given in the following way:
-2 pt in case one of the three players has been named as first option.
-4 pt in case your two options were 2 players out of these three.
- 0 pt in case one of the three players has been named as second option.
PS- I'm not personally affected, my points wouldn't change (in case anyone is wondering), but I thought it would be better to have clarity in the interest of fairness. The simpler the system the better IMO.
FWIW, my suggestion for the wickets system in case of a tie.
4 points if any of the three players was named as your first option
2 points if any of the three players was named as your second option.

In case you predict the first two option right, you get extra 2 points as reward. If you predict three option right out of five, you get extra 3 points as reward. If you predict all five option right, you get 5 points as reward.
How does the bonus point system work in case of ties for highest 6's/runs/wickets? Does it count for a bonus only if you get both options right?
And if you predict four out of the five overall options right, how much does that give you? 4 or 5?
So theoretically the maximum points you could get for a game would be 25? (all five predictions right plus 5 bonus points?)
If you correctly predict the winning team and Man of the match, you will get 2 bonus points.kuch samajh nahi aaya 😔
On top of that, if you get any three predictions out of the 5 including the winning team and MoTM correct you will get 3 extra bonus points or if you predict all 5 correct, you will get 5 extra bonus points.
Basically, if we predict all correct, then our score will be 20+2+5=27
Hiral got winning team, MOM, most wickets and most runs correct in the last match. So, she got 16+2+3=21

Thanks 😃
@Bold: If you predict 4 out of 5 correct you will still get only 3 bonus points. In those 4 correct predictions, if winning Team and MOM are also correct then you will get 2 additional bonus points. How does the bonus point system work in case of ties for highest 6's/runs/wickets? @Bold: Yes, you will be considered for bonus points if you select both options correct in case of a tie.

We have decided to give 2 points if any of your 2 choices are correct in case of a tie and 4 pts if both are correct.
If 3 tie then 4 pts if any 2 out of 3 are correct and 2 pts if any 1 is correct.
The updated scorecard will be posted soon👍🏼
At this point , I am hoping to get any point 🤣. Rather than Zero. Be it BP or normal points doesn't matter😆

But there is one more question floating around. If only one of the two options is correct in case of a tie, will that prediction be considered for bonus points?
For example some one predicted correctly for most runs and most 6s (where there is a clear winner) and only one of the two options for most wickets (which is a tie), will they get 3 bonus points 0 bonus points?
Cheers....
Nita, you won't get any bonus points without normal points.😊Originally posted by: BlurredLines
