Necessary scenes

As already mentioned in the EDT for todays episode, it was a slower episode but I still feel like there were many very necessary scenes in todays episode.

1)The fainting- although barely 10 seconds long, I found it very necessary because it truly shows the exhaustion and the complete drainage of Raavi's mental health. it really shows that she is barely holding on to a tread and then Shiva caught her.

2) Shiva caught Raavi from falling and then kept his eyes on her for the rest of the wedding. he would not take his eyes off of her. I dont know if it was to make sure that she is there, she's physically okay or what. but shiva stayed by her the entire time

3)Flinch- I dont know if anyone noticed this but Raavi slightly moved her head when the mangalsutra scene was happening. she was going through with the wedding but she still resisted for a split second

4) Suman looked like she did NOT want to bless Dev-Rishita.

5)....How did Rishita have so much time to go to the police station and STILL managed to crash the wedding?

The last one is more of a amuse me type of question.😆

Yes, the scenes were necessary. I loved phere, fainting and catching part. And I think it may mean more than just for today. It kind of symbolizes how he'll always be there to catch her and save her from any harm coming her way-whether she likes it or not. And he's always done that too. (E.g. the highway/haldi scenes).

I noticed that flinch too. It's like she's given her soul to Dev and anyone else touching her just feels dirty. And it was the first time in this wedding where they both looked into each other's eyes for a brief second before Shiva looked away. The wistful way Raavi looked at Dev before each step of the ceremony and finally looking at Rishita as Dev fill her maang wishing she was in that spot, was very well executed. It just makes me want episodes to be longer.

@ Your last question, I was wondering the same thing. For a second, I thought she may be bluffing knowing her dad won't call her out in her bluff with his and his sister's reputation at stake.
