well they're not bound by any contract so I guess they can do both shows at the same time. waise bhi that is just a 1 week show and this is going to run much longer.

Moreover, Ustaadon ka Ustaad has already been shot and will end in a week or so. UKU wasn't long, it started on April 7/08 and is suppose to end in 2 weeks, that's it. So, i guess that's y it didn't make much of a difference for both of them

But toshi wasn't the runner up in Star Voice of India...so how come he's on this show?

The show's not only for challengers and runner ups yaar :) sumitra is also here, if ull notice 😊 they just needed challengers :P
Yup, toshi is on ustadon ke ustad, and from what ive heard (havent seen yet, but am excitedly waiting for sumone to upload it,) that he raised up a storm with his magical rendition of "Piya re" on the 13th :) everyone gave him a standing ovation! 😃 👏
