I am just telling you about his perspective, jitna mujhe samajh aya iska character.

Here, adi's major problem is imlie's reluctance to her feelings for adi. She does love him and denying it. Adi knows that very well.

Due to her continuous moon jaap, adi is unable to tell everyone the truth. He just wanted to make sure, when the truth comes out, imlie should stand with him and support their relationship, aisa na ho woh sach bhi bta de, imlie madam tyag ki devi banke sabke samne mukar jaye like i don't love him, he belongs to malini didi only. In sab mein adi will be the one who lose everything, parivaar bhi aur pyaar bhi. 👎🏼 After all , adi is a selfish character, he will be thinking about his happiness with imlie in the end, agar abhi sach bta kar imlie nhi mili use so what's the point in telling everyone the truth? 🤔

That's why he said in hostel room that day, just tell you feel the same for me, i will rectify everything. But imlie madam's rejections are biggest hindrance to the truth revelation.

That's why...he's a good actor and looks good with Imlie too. I won't mind praklie.
