The episode begins Mayura finds out from Dr Khanna that Omkar is taking Tara away in a day or two. She cries. Mayura is puzzled as one side Megha has threatened her money and other side Omkar taking Tara away. She is confused and upset. Mayura's father comes and she cannot tell them what is going on.

Mayura accidently drops Tara's medicine bottle and Omkar and her mother finds out and comes there. Manjri tells her off. Mayura says she will go buy another then Omkar tells her to go. Till then, Omkar follows her and she finds out that Omkar is following her and makes a smart move. Tara writes a sorry note and puts it in Omkar's room. Omkar comes out of the room and hugs her. Tara says sorry and says my nurse is my friend. Manjri comes and says what is Mayura doing here at this time? Mayura says Tara saw a bad dream so she's here to check up on her.

The act continues on, Mayura's father calls Omkar in changing voices saying someone from your factory has gotten into a terrible accident. Omkar leaves telling to his mother that he has to go to the factory. Omkar says there is no news about a heroine getting into an accident anywhere so he asks the driver to take a u-turn.
