I saw that post on Reddit as well, and thought Kat was probably thinking more in conjunction with Ranbir, especially the way things ended with Ranbir (Neetu's disapproval, the GQ interview, him moving out of their live-in apartment so randomly). It could be about Vicky but we don't know any details tbh, it could be a PR romance at this point with all we know.
