lol i think it's because they are rushing to get the love story and shagun started which is why all of a sudden he had the realization today. ideally they would have given it a bit more time for him and anokhi to have had a few more normal conversations but lol trp pressure is too real.

him not thinking of shagun is not at all surprising because he didn't care about her at all and now his whole world revolves around anokhi so naturally he won't think of shagun she was out of his mind the day after she left 🤣
