CHAPTER 1: THE GAZE AND BRACELET
The winters of north India are no less than a colourful sky, everyday giving a new challenge to beat the cold,Shaurya laughed saying this while he saw the foggy morning sky from the windows of his rooms wearing his crisp white shirt and black trousers adjusting his tie and mumbled to himself just not too good when you have a long drive and a long day.
He started looking for his watch and suddenly a voice came from behind "Ready".Listening this he smiled a little and went to hug on the speaker who lovingly held him into her arms and said "My son never fails to shower love on me,Good morning beta",said Mrs. Devi Sabarwal.
And yes looking dashing as always how many girls are you willing to leave in awe today ...she chuckled.
He blushed a little and bent downwards to seek her blessings and said "Badi maa aap bhi na chane ki dhar pe chada deti ho muje ab larkiya mere liye thodi red carpet leke bethi hai wahan ki mai aaunga and they broke into a smile.
Acha chalo ab jaldi neeche aa jao warna late ho jaoge and he rushed into his room fixed his watch gave himself one last look into the mirror and put on his favourite aqua perfume.
On the breakfast table,
Good morning everyone,Shaurya said smiling and adjusted himself on a chair and badi maa gave him breakfast.He told her that he is going to an event today and would be late so dont wait for him and have dinner.
Badi maa nodded and said apna dhyan rakha karo beta and he planted a tender kiss on her hand and left the area.
In the car,
Song playing..."Abhi na jao chod kar yeh dil abhi bhara nhi abhi na jao chod kar yeh dil abhi bhara nhi.."
He was driving carefully since it was heavy fogg today and suddenly he put his break as someone just came in front of his car....
He got terrified and yelled wat the hell is this who comes in front of a car like that without seeing the person on the road....
Shaurya got out of his car to check if the person was fine but suddenly got shocked seeing the scene....
A girl was sitting on the road with a puppy in her hands and caressing it and asking kya tum theek ho aage se aise kisi ki gaadi ke samne mat aana warna tum jaise sweet puppy ke na rehne ka dukh muje bhaut hoga the girl whispered while saying that .Shaurya was still listening to her sweet voice as if it had a melody of it's own and was very keen to see the girl who risked herself for a puppy but all could he see was her long black hairs and the chandballis she was wearing. He kept his gaze on her so to see her as soon as she looked back but he was disturbed by the honking of the car behind him and in that she said him sorry and vanished.
Shaurya let a sigh in disbelief that she just went away too quickly without meeting him and just saying a word what it something could have happened to her and got frustrated but then his eyes fell on the bracelet lying on the road and went to pick it up and saw written A and many charms in that and thought to himself
" shyd kismat bhi chati h mai uss ladki se doobara milu tabhi toh yeh yaad choot gyi uski yahan"
He went back to his car and the song was still playing abhi na jao chod kar ....
Shaurya smiling to himself said iss radio ko bhi pata h ki mere saath kya ho rha hai and said yeh dil abhi bhara nhi......

CHAPTER 2: THE FIRST GLANCE
Shaurya reached the venue for event where all the colleges of north india participated for the final round of the dance and debate competitions.
The place was magnificent and as soon as Shaurya got down from his car,he realised many pairs of eyes were checking him out but being Mr. Professor he was used to it.
He put on his shades and started to walk towards the main gate,in the process being the apple of eye of many female students leaving everyone of them in awe of his looks and attitude.
Ranjana was looking toward Shaurya and was mumbling to herself,"Haye raaba aaj toh zindagi ke saare aache kaam kiye hue safal ho jo most eligible bachelor munde ke darshan ho gye muje"....haye kinna sona hai yeh iske liye toh koi kuch bhi kar jaaye koi chutti kaato muje kahin sapna toh nhi dekh rhi mai!!!And suddenly she said "OOOUCHHHHH" and looked beside her to see who has pinched her.
There stood Anokhi who was in utmost hurry as she was late for the event .."Ranjana sapne dekhne band kar aur jaldi chal aaj bhaut important day hai mere liye" and frowned a little.
Arey Anokhi,"kabhi kabhi toh muje tere ladki hone pe doubt hone lagta h koi ladka tenu pasand hi nhi aata aur iss jaise ek baar nazar toh daal maar hi jayegi event kya tu sab kuch bhool jayegi
Bakwaas mat kar ranju mai phele hi tension mai hoon aur mera lucky bracelet bhi kho gaya hai aur tuje ladko ki padi hai saying this Anokhi looked towards the guy Rajana was pointing but before she could see him Shaurya was gone from there and Anokhi said chal ab jaldi challll!!!
Rajana:Yeh bata nikki why ar you so late tu toh hamesha time pe aati hai ...hua kya hai????Ghar pe fir kuch toh nhi....
Anokhi interrupted her in between
"No Ranju nothing like that just ek insensitive ladke se mulakat ho gyi thi aaj.Matlab yeh seher ke logo mai insaaniyat hai ya nhi gaadi aise chalate hai jaise roads unhone hi banai ho aur fir chillate bhi khud hi hai galti karke ..."..anokhi said being irritated..
Ranju raised a brow up and checked Anokhi tuje kahin lagi toh nhi tu theek hai na
"Arey muje kuch nhi Hua muje lakin woh puppy uskaa Akdu ke wageh se marr jata aaj matlab dekh ke gaadi nhi chalate log"..She said in an angry tone..
"Haye rabba yeh ladki ...arey jagmata gussa toh aise ho rhi thi ki tuje hi uda diya usne ek puppy hi toh tha ...tu bhi na "Ranjana laughed
Chal ab maze lena band kar ek toh mera pyara bracelet uss Akdu ki wageh se wahi choot gya aur aaj yeh sab abhi chalte hai hum....saying thi Anokhi remembered the shouting voice of the stranger she met on road and mumbled "Akdu"
THE EVENTS BEGAN
"Hi Akash",Shaurya called
"Hello sir,how are you?",he turned on hearing a familiar voice
"I am good so all set for the competition??We have utmost faith in you and SIAC shall win this competition at all costs. Don't disappoint us",Shaurya said keeping his hand on Akash's shoulder.
"Thank you so much for having so much faith in me sir I will give my best and make SIAC and you proud",he said
"ALL THE BEST THEN",Shaurya said and left from there.
Akash felt motivated and said to himself sky is the limit sky is the limit and today you have to conquer that!!
DEBATE COMPETITION:
All the participants were on th stage and Shaurya was sitting in the front row occupying VIP seats.
The event was the last round of the yearly held competition between various stages and the best candidates competed in the last round after clearing and proving their mettle in last 4 rounds.
Anokhi was the only girl on the stage and she got Shaurya attention as he said to himself,"Never have I seen a girl reaching the end of this competition kaafi himmat lagti hai isme but what's the point she will loose here and will go back crying",he smirked.
Shaurya couldn't recognise Anokhi as he knew her only by her voice and not her face and so was the case with Anokhi.The only string between them to know each other was their voices and the lost bracelet but destiny has other plans for them.
All the 3 participants spoke there heart out and did get applauses from the audience and now it was Anokhi's turn.
Shaurya was least interested in listening to her and it seems his wish was granted as he got a call from his Bade papa and went out to attend it .
The string broke loose and Anokhi started her take and a silence ran down in the audience as they got the sharp reality check of what that little girl can do.
She received applauses and a standing ovation from the judges but Shaurya was still missing.
Shaurya sir the event is heading to the end please come inside if everything is alright.
"Yes yes I am sorry I will just be there."
He hung up the call and proceeded towards the auditorium and sat on his seat.
The anchor announced we would like to invite one of the most respected teacher and the director of SIAC Mr. Shaurya Sawarwal. Shaurya got up and mumbled ab apne hi college ke student ko award bhi mai ki doon kya hypocrisy hai pl shaurya put a smile and go up he said to himself..
And the award for the best Debate person goes to,Shaurya opened the letter and was shocked to see the name on it but he swallowed his frowning tone and calmly and elated said Miss Anokhi Bhalla from Kapurthalla.
Anokhi smiled on hearing her name and rushed to the stage.
Shaurya unwilling handed her the trophy thinking yeh SIAC ki thi aur iss ladki ko kaise mil gyi.
Anokhi was so happy and smiled at Shaurya as he was giving her trophy and as she said "Thank you so much sir" a shiver ran down Shaurya's spine yeh toh wahi ladki hai and he sealed his lips like they are frozen to let her not recognise him and Anokhi continued her speech unknown to the fact that Mr. Akdu was just beside her.
"Arise awake and don't stop until the goal is achieved",Anokhi said and finished her speech
CHAPTER 3: ANGER OR HURT
"SIR!SIR!Please listen to me Sir,I am very sorry please sir",Akash said while following Shaurya but it seemed Shaurya had no intentions to even see him.
Shaurya turned back and yelled,"You being the best student of SIAC lost to a small town girl is this all you are proud of???Had there been any other student he would not have shown his face to me after breaking our trusts so Akash just leave the hell from here now and work on yourself instead of pretending being sorry" and he left from there and Akash stood dumbstruck seeing the totally different face of his best teacher.
Suddenly Shaurya puts in his hand in his pocket and finds out the bracelet lying still there and murmers" ladki mai himmat toh bhaut hai vaise khud ke liye bhi aur doosre ke liye bhi,nice" but suddenly he face palmed himself and thought why are you praising enemy,Focus Shaurya!
"But yes what will I do with this bracelet and she might be looking for it and now that Miss A is not a mystery to me anymore then I should return it to her",Shaurya thought.
He went towards the main gate where Anokhi was standing with Ranjana and as he proceed he stopped listening to their immersive talks...
Ranjana:Nikkiiiii chal party karte hai you finally achieved what you wanted and patted on her back.
Anokhi: Yes Ranju I am so so happy feels like I can fly today and just the world is mine. You know I thought morning wasn't good so what will happen here.
But uss Mr. Akdu se milne ke baad bhi I won the competition warna usne toh subah hi kharab kar di thi meri Mr.insensitive,She said in a complaining tone further but han woh mera bracelet bhi kho gaya and made a face.
Shaurya heard all this from behind and stopped right there and said to himself acha mai akdu mai insensitive yeh ladki khud ko samajti kya hai(What does this girl think of herself?) And who the hell is she to judge me.Now I will show her what real akdu is like and looked at the bracelet.Bhaut pyara hai na yeh bracelet tumhe Miss A ab bhool jao kabhi milega.Tit for tat miss Angry bird.
Shaurya smirked a little and walked towards his car and drove away.
