Some time when their character got bashing actors are appreciated for their skills. Like Ada in naagin, Anita in yhm etc. I remember how people admire arjun ada chemistry in naagin while hating ada's on-screen character too much.

This is where aiswarya fails. Her character is meh..And her poor acting skill make it super meh.. She may be termed as lead by PH but in viewers eyes she will be a third class half cooked vamp. Whats the use of PR articles and connections if she can't win audience heart..

In fact from what I understand at least in the bong show, Sai’s character stands ahead of the guy and Pakhi’s character - the guy is in between but Sai is in front - am I correct in understanding?

Here Virat is in between and slightly in front, but Sai and Pakhi are on each side

That means the story will always revolve around them. Unfortunately I don’t think so she is going anywhere.

For all technical purposes she is second lead

I think we have to make our peace with that.
I just wish the family had more sane people

Agree with you completly.. Yaha bhi we all appreciate actress playing bhavani kaku same time hate her character. Same goes to sonali karishma ninad omi etc..
