Aparna says to AC ki in jhagdon se hi toh rishta nikhar ke kundan banta hai or something to that effect....lol essentially saying that fights between a couple help strengthen their relationship long term. Aparna is a sweetheart but her naivete just makes me shake my head....lol can't she see that Adi-Malini aren't even able to manage a single fight/issue between themselves? They are just not the kind of couple who can navigate conflicts because they don't know how to communicate with each other....they are both in their own heads and they talk past each other in many ways. Conflicts can only be navigated, resolved, managed if there is communication.

I would like to see this theme be worked through in the coming epis....no glossing over Adi-Malini's fights for once and let everyone see how incapable they both are of actually resolving their fights. Adi does need to answer for his lies but I hope he also raises the issue of Malini walking out of his house over just this much only.

I was laughing too at that line..... Though I have lot of issues of AC coming and demanding separation just because Aditya is gone out for work for three days after informing Malini that he will be delayed, her this line was to the point.

Aag mein jalke kundan tab bante hain when issues are resolved else they burn you from inside.

@bold: I do hope that they have this conversation where Malini question him but I want to see him question her too that why did she make such a big issue with his family when previously she was all OK with his work commitments. Unless, issues do not rise, he is not going to realize how different they are in their soch patterns. I do not want that whole conversation only to be of Aditya lying and he is his guilt mode.

Connection with Mitti... Do you really see Aditya as a family man? Look at his behavior with his own family..... he is not bothered about them and the family also does not expect him to...even his own parents....But that does not mean he does not care about them or he will leave them alone in time of need or they cannot count on him..... It the same with Mitti, by forging this relationship, it means that if and when the times comes, Aditya will always be there for her and will protect her and what she considers important to her and that is Imlie.

@bold: That makes him sound more selfless than he actually is😆. Maybe he'd like to BELIEVE that he is only doing everything for Imlie's happiness😆.....but he hasn't really achieved that level of selflessness as a person - in life or in love.

He didn't come to PD for Imlie's happiness....he came here for his own happiness.....to find the answers to his own questions. And no, the answer wasn't that Imlie's happiness is his happiness. If that was it, he would leave everything and give Imlie the standing of a wife in all aspects. The answer he got was that Imlie has found a place in his heart and he will always remember her.😆 He's maximizing every last moment with Imlie for HIS happiness, not hers😆. He did things for Imlie in PD to the extent that he could to make her happy.....but all this back and forth about this being Imlie's choice to stay in PD and all.....lol these are all just smokescreens....he himself isn't ready to take an action even if she makes a choice for them.....Imlie's just making it easier on him by backing away😆.

Leaving the hut scene aside, next morning also he was getting restless over the idea of Imlie not coming with him to the restaurant....lol usmein Imlie ki happiness kahaan thi? 😆

Agree about Aag and Kundan....kundan banne ke liye kuch toh substance has to be there to begin with or all that will happen is everything burning down. Kuch nahin nikhar ke aayega.

Sometimes I feel in initial days in PG - he wanted Imli to ask him for haq - so he will not have to make the decision of his own free will to give it to her. He was compelled to give his name to her - out of his neccesity --- did not come to PG, wanting too. Even now - he is all set to go back to Malini - but would not mind Imli insisting on him staying longer or asking for more. He on his own lacks the courage to make the decision to follow his heart. Remmeber what Imli said on the day of the bike ride - Babusaheb aap darte hai...he examples at that time were not fully relevant ones - but I thought at that time that she intended to mean that he was scared of doing anything to upset his relationship with MAlini which she re-inforced after the dialog when he asked her to marry Prakash.

@bold: Valid point. In some ways, yes that is indeed what it looks like😆.....it's easier for him to react to Imlie's choices than have to make one on his own.

Say that Imlie straight up asks him for her haq today...will he be able to give it to her? 😆 Likely not...he will do his usual responses about tum toh meri majboori jaanti ho etc. and they will remain at a stalemate. All that will happen is an ego boost for him that Imlie is expressing a haq over him😆.

In that way, I understand even better why Imlie doesn't daalo ghaas to his roundabout ways to try to get her to ask him for haq😆.

Yeh apne confusions and half-realizations mein Imlie ko ghumaata rahega so it's good she takes some stands from time to time about what is not acceptable to her.
