If this was a extra-extra-extra drama serial, shaurya would tell Anokhi's dad that he's marrying Anokhi, and marry her right there in Kapurthala without telling anyone. but alas, this show is a little more sensible than that.

I think once he got it out the first time, it was like the floodgates opened. That's why he also looks relieved and there is that hint of a smile because he's also been trying to say it for a while but hasn't been able to. Now that he has, it's like he can express everything and he will tomorrow!
