Why NN and villagers don't question Meethi and SK relationship?

Why they showing being together without marriage but NN and villagers don't object their relationship? Am I missing something? Haven't followed the show from the beginning.

They are not living together

They are not even a couple!

NN is a stepmother for Mithi so she grand her the place of a mother in her life by calling her Maa, and she (NN) is the aunt for Satikham that's why he call her Mossi, so they grow up together as relatives

Satikham loves Mithi, and she know that, but maybe she didn't figure this out before meeting Div

So when she met Div they somhow fall in love and had a physical affair which Imlie was the result of it!

But Div left her behind, unknowing the fact of Mithi pregnant, and never tried to ask about her after that!

He chose to continue his marriage with Anu, respect to the fact that they share a daughter, having the idea that he sacrifice his love for his family without coming clean in front of Anu or making a closer for Mithi!

So after Mithi getting pregnant, she chose to have the baby as a blessing, While NN consider her as a walking shame of her mother guilt!

Satikham was a regular farmer, but due what happened to Mithi, he become what he is now, someone who fight for the right of the villagers against the town and government ppl!

Mithi didn't gave up her hope on Div, and still remembering him and missing him, while Satikham as far as the story he didn't marry someone else

But he help her raising Imlie, giving her a father figure who she call Dada as for uncle!

( you can see a square love 😂 Anu loves Div, Div loves Mithi, Mithi loves Div, Satikham loves Mithi)

So how they will question a relation never happen?
