I feel by the time this scene comes..Anokhi has realised.. Shaurya has realised..and they both just want to be together..but MUs keep happening. So he gradually accepts that they won't be together afterall , and decides to give in for her happiness. That's huge character development btw guys. From insulting her for letting ACP near her to just letting her go to someone else!
