I actually liked Alankrita previous works a lot, but this one frankly I got bored after two episodes. Each and every aspect of this show seemed like it had been seen before, or talked of before or I don’t know what. Frankly speaking I am tired of this deluge of dark in name of realistic. I want to watch something with hope, escapist and frankly bahut ho gaya realistic etc etc. I am tired,

Why can’t there be a good old “middle class” escapist show, why does it have terribly crassy bollywood wives or headache inducing twisted bombay begums?

Alankritas films are so stock standard and predictable u can literally guess all twists and plot points ahead of time

And I’m not a big fan of having the need to show I intimate scenes repeatedly...especially the way she films them it feels uncomfortable to watch...

Some of them are nesessary for plot progression but some just seem so bloody random I’m like “why did I have to watch this?” lol

Also can we please have Netflix show / Amazon show with normal relationships (the family man is closest to showing a normal relationship)...it’s always “oh I’m in love with x but I slept with y and z for no reason”

It’s one thing to show an extra marital affair but the casual treatment of marriage/ committed relationships in these shows just frustrates me ...why make it something “normal” or worse justifiable?

If your unhappy in a relationship, have the guts to show someone walk out of it rather than “I’m unhappy but I need him for something else so imma go find someone else to fill that void “
